Detective Skill: Madi is a skilled detective, capable of observation, forensic investigation, and inductive and deductive reasoning of the highest caliber.
As a hunter she has a varied set of skills which involves using varied firearms and different styles of hand-to-hand combat. As well as abilities to lie and impersonate accurately law enforcement agents of different departments (FBI, Marshall Office, NSA, whatever needed). She has, like most hunters, a good amount of knowledge of lore and mythology. As well experience dealing with varied types of creatures. She is good at interrogating, connecting clues and investigating in general. She can produce forged ID’s very well and also handle some level of basic hacking (Mostly through social engineering lol).

Personality: She can be a rather stern no bullshit kind of person. She gets along very well with hunters preferring them to civilians. She is moderately social, so it is not like she will tell civilians she is too good to talk to them, but she has very few points in common with them. She is very good holding her alcohol, she will drink most guys out of the table. Even so, when she drinks she usually feels an excuse to unwind (blame it on the alcohol) she can be quite chatty and daring. She does not take kindly to be underestimated or being treated with condescendence, she will cut a bitch. She loves a good brawl and has no problems kicking her feet over the table.
She is very protective of her brothers and will feel instant dislike for anyone hurting them or being mean to them especially towards Lincoln. She sees hunting as a public service and her duty passed on since older generations. Madison is a capable, responsible, reliable, independent woman and very loyal towards her friends. She dislikes bullies and people who use power as a leverage to gain things. She has deep rooted sense of justice when it comes to these things.

History: Madison grew up in a family of hunters. She was told generations on both ends of the bloodline had hunted and known about the supernatural. It was quite a thing to hear bedtime stories about Daddy hunting a Okami or Mommy vanishing a vengeful spirit. It gave a whole new meaning to getting presents from the grandparents too. Madison being the second child born after Harrison was happy to hear all about how their family line had such a colorful past. The little girl would draw houses and happy suns like most childs her age, but every now and then the fridge would feature the whole family going after a nest of vampires, by drawing fangs in the little stick figures.
Because of what her parents did Madison, grew homeschooled with her siblings on the road. She really didn’t dislike it she got the opportunity to see so many places and learn about a ton of stuff regular kids who just went to school would never know. How many of them would know what to do if a shriga, changeling or a boogeyman entered their room? Not many. But, she would, in her opinion this knowledge was more useful than knowing rhymes to jump the rope. She took every bit of knowledge about the supernatural with joy and excitement thinking one day she would follow in her parents footsteps. On time she would end up having two younger sisters and a younger brother.
She would grow protective of her younger siblings. She noticed her two sister didn’t seem to share her enthusiasm about following the family life, but she never it would be much of an issue until one day her sister Kennedy went missing. Madison tried to desperately make sense of it. She had always been sure that knowing about the supernatural meant they weren’t easy prey like the other people, but time passed and her sister was just believed dead by the family. For Madison, this was the point where her point of view changed drastically, she went from seeing hunting as fun job to do, to see it close to a sacred duty they had been entrusted with.
People should not lose family members never to be heard again to creatures. She finished high school, but chose not to pursue college instead centering her attention on hunting full time. By the time she was 20 she was already doing most of her hunts alone, although she would occasionally team up with her brother Harrison and later on would help or allow Lincoln to help too. In general, in order not to play too many credits card scams, she opened a tattoo parlor. By the time the world was ending and demons were spamming everywhere trying to break seals and shit things got rather hard for her. She barely survived the rising of the witnesses and had to be hospitalized.
After a while she briefly dated a guy that was a fan of Carver Edlund, on reading his books she found the author had described very well things about monsters and how to kill them. So she had to test if the tattoo described in the book really repelled demons. She tattooed the symbol on herself and did what no sane hunter should ever do, she summoned a demon and made sure she was the only available human being for possession. It worked. Since that day alongside with her regular business she offers a discount for anyone looking for an Anti-Possession sigil.

RP Sample: Madison was walking along the long road carrying with her the body of the deceased skinwalker. She was holding him from one of the ankles and just dragged him on lazily. ‘What a bother’ she thought. A car came down the road behind her, the car slowly lowered the speed and finally stopped right behind her. Madison turned around waving a hand to the man sitting in the driver’s seat. She walked towards the car and peeked her head in when the passenger window was opened. “Dear God, it is good to see you, Harrison. I see you got my ping just fine. Come on, open the trunk. We need to bury him away from here.” - She said with a cheerful smile.
With that she moved to the back of the car and waited for her brother to open the trunk then in the most careless ‘I just want to be done with it’ attitude dropped him in. She looked at her brother. “Come on give me the keys, I will be driving on the way back.” - She said extending her right hand in front of him with a wave of her finger gesturing for him to do it quickly. “Thaaanks” - She said with a sweet expression as soon as the keys were in her hands. as they both were walking towards the front of the car she moved close to her older brother to rub a hand on his head messing his carefully brushed hairdo watching with joy his sullen expression.
She entered the car buckling up and motioning for her brother to do the same before she started the car. Then she started to drive back. “Send a text, tell him we are done with this case. Maybe he’ll have found a new one for us by the time we get back. That is, if our cute brother has the time to spare. I peeked on his emails he is dating a new girl.” - She said as she drove. Yep, Madison was a nosy older sister. She knew where they could dump the body and would never be found so she was driving there while she had a bit of a chit-chat with Harrison.
