Born and raised in Florida to a very devoted Christian family. It was clear as early as elementary school that Scott was going to be a highly intelligent person, his parents thanks God every day for gracing their son with such capabilities, and once he hit Middle School, Scott did as well. He was placed in many pre-AP classes and had top marks. By High School he was placed in advanced classes, they were a bit of a challenge to him, which was refreshing, but he adapted. At the age of Sixteen though... something incredible happened, something that made Scott feel like he was oh so special. He was contacted by the first time by Amitiel. Granted, it scared him, but when she explained what she was, Scott was beside himself. He at first dismissed it as him going crazy, shrugging off the attempts, even seeing a Therapist over it for a short time who helped him deal with it, Amitiel went silent for awhile.
Before graduating, he and his girlfriend Sarah had a very... special night. They broke up not long after due to Sarah not wanting to be held down by Scott after learning of her pregnancy. Scott was completely unaware of it. At the age of 18, Amitiel finally convinced Scott to assist her, telling him of Scott agreed, feeling he didn't have any other choice considering she was an Angel and all. They worked very closely on experimentation nvolving Angel blood until they finally broke it down to injections, Scott allowed small injections to himself to become the "focus group" of the entire experiment. See any effects. In this time he was also dating a girl by the name of Emily. Granted he wasn't extremely happy with the relationship, but when Emily turned up with his seed, he did the Christian thing and stayed with her. Amitiel backed off for awhile, letting him focus on his family and trying to struggle with making ends meet.
Desert Storm came along, and Scott saw it as a chance to do something good with his life beyond sticking needles in things to build his and Amitiel's out there experiments. While in Iraq, Demons attacked his platoon. Scott was the only survivor. He ran, faster than he ever had before. Faster than he thought possible. And before he knew it, he was at the border of Syria. It wasn't possible. Amitiel swooped in then, returning him close to his base assignment and healing his injuries. This proved their research to be more important than ever with Scott's newfound abilities. Sadly enough, he had to push his family away to do it. To keep them safe.
Removed form the military, he began feigning episodes of PTSD, and eventually Emily left with Bethany, leaving Scott alone in tears. Though Scott was saddened, he continued their experiments with a guise of a fatigue cure. Each subject developed different abilities, and Scott kept tabs on each and every one of them, observing from a distance and recoding their abilities they developed. The children also had a chance of gaining abilities, just a Bethany and his son, Austin had gained from Scott.
Scott soon had to go in to hiding, the pressure from the Demons became too much. Amitiel and he stayed in contact, and Scott fled in to the masses. He used his abilities to move about the states, never staying in one place for more than two weeks. Eventually, Austin found Scott. Scott tried to flee from him, but Austin found him once more. He explained what he could do, and no matter how far away Scott ran he would track him down again and again with his ability, realizing he had no choice, Scott finally accepted someone in to his little bubble, Austin broke all of Scotts rules of attachments, but he enjoys the company.. even if he doesn't act like it. Since then, he and Austin have been a dynamic duo of sorts, remaining in hiding, hunting, keeping tabs on the 1st and a handful of 2nd gen Devas.

Experience: A few years.
Other Characters: Revan, Cecil, Jane, Daphne, Zera
Revan let everything Lucy was saying hit her at once, and it felt like the feeling the Angel got when she was still powerful, when someone shot her with a shotgun. She felt terrible, like someone had punched her in the gut, or hit her with a baseball bat. She turned around and her hand went over her mouth, feeling like she was going to throw up. It was better that Lucy was dead than deserving this... No one deserved to be a ghost, the sad, sad existence.
Her throat tightened and tears began to well up, trying a hard as she could to keep from breaking down here on the floor.
She turned to Lucy, seemingly three shades paler, her hair not nearly as vibrant as it seemed to be three years ago, her grey eyes dulled to a shade of black. "Lucy... its 2013..." Revan hadn't been keeping track but she had counted three New Years celebrations since Lucy's death. Her hands went to her face and then back to her sides, her nails digging in to her palms until blood leaked down her fingers. "Three years.. I've counted. Three years I've slept alone in the bed. Three years I've drowned my sorrows I alcohol... Three years with my heart ripped from my chest without you here, Heaven and Earth becoming a living hell to me, leaving me with what options?" Revan wasn't going to lie, she had tried her hand at writing stories like Lucy, but that was the best poetry she could do, even if it was free verse.
Tears were dripping down her cheeks again now, and with the flick of her wrist the TV blinked to life and flicked to the news, where the date would be shown. "Everything I told you... Everything you thought I was crazy over, everything you would joke about... About me being an Angel was not a lie." Revan looked up at her again and then to the floor. "I m-missed you so... s-so much." Revan's legs stopped supporting her then and the pink haired woman fell on the floor, her head tilted down and her face in her hands, sobbing. She knew she shouldn't, but she felt as she did on the day of Lucy's death and funeral. Like all the life had been sucked out of her seeing the person she loved at this fate. But there was a part of Revan that was revived with this, the part of her that she had thought was buried with Lucy... Selfish as it may be to her, Revan was so, so happy Lucy was back.
