A Note From The Player
Before I get into the details there are a few things I'd like to stress. For one, I'd prefer that you have at least 1 other active character on this site. Adding onto this I'd like that you are equally active on the board and in the chatbox! Why? Because I've had many times when an adoptable is adopted and not played. Please don't be that person because you'll make me sad. Don't take him to drop him! Okay next preference is that I'd like you to stay in character! I've put a lot of thought into him and I'm providing you with as much information as I can so there won't be any "grey areas" or "idks." Lastly, I want the relationship to be stagnant and plots between this character and Cassidy Berkeley to be frequent. I do not expect that they have a romantic relationship. Would I like it? Oh hell, yes. Do I expect it? Not at all. I don't believe in forced or rushed relationships between characters and I'd prefer chemistry for them both.

History
Alright, I'm going to get straight to business here and keep it fairly brief. This section is a "must" in Randall's application and it is not subject to change. Everything provided is his encounters with Cassidy--anything before her is all up to you, amigo! Randall had first met Cassidy when he had been attending a local Mythology Club in a community library. For whatever reason [we'll leave that up to you] he found intrest in Cassidy and pursued her despite the language barrier. It did not take long for them to become friends and when they found out that they went to the same school they were inseparable. This is how he learned ASL. During their senior year Randall's father and mother had become very ill and because of this Randall had not only took care of them but of their Hunter duties. Yes, Randall's family is a bunch of hunters and they consist of his mother, father, uncle, and a cousin. Well, Cassidy has no idea of Randall's hunting life and family and so she became worried of his spotty attendance and lack of communication. Below is how she found out.
The tldr is that he was attacked by a werewolf and with the simplistic help of Cassidy was able to kill it. This attack is actually very emotional to Randall because it was an old friend of his who was seeking for a cure. This encounter brings Randall and Cassidy closer and actually compels Cassidy to take classes in college to better help Randall in his hunts. No, he did not go to college. However, he does became a co-leader for a hunting group and he eventually invited Cassidy to join the group as a scribe and informant. It isnt until she was in her mid 20's that she ditched the desk and seeked something with a little more air. Without a doubt Cassidy became Randall's partner in almost everything and it wasn't long that she was able to catch up with him in some skills.
Recently, Randall and 3 other hunting members had decided to take a case that was said to involve Acheri while Cassidy and 2 other members investigated a possible poltergeist infestation not too far off. Though Cassidy and her group had handled the ghosts just fine it seemed that Randall's group had been mislead on the case. The Acheri had actually been a Rakshasa who had no problems killing almost everyone in the group--except for Randall who had been saving for last. Just as Cassidy and her group made their way into the scene they saw the Rakshasa give Randall a fatal looking blow to the head but had been immediately killed by one of the men in Cassidy's group. Randall had been taken to the hospital and soon been proclaimed in a coma. Having lost 3 members ( and the 4th one unable to work) the group had to devise a new system of who does what. Cassidy decided to take Randall's place as co-captain of the team which melds with her current position nicely. Anyone who has a problem is to report to co-captain who, if he has no idea what to make of the situation, goes to the scribe. No one had any objections to the situation and so Cassidy ranked herself to co-captain of the group.Currently, Randall remains hooked up and under a coma while Cassidy carrying off his duties.
Cassidy is very much like a Bobby Singer or Garth Fitzgerald, being able to inform people or physically help others when she's needed--sometimes taking up her own cases and calling in people for help. Despite Randall's rather large collection of clientele her own is fairly small and she wishes to accumulate it in hopes to help others from the harms of the supernatural. This does not mean she replaced him...more rather she added to the clientele and raised more respectful awarness to Randall. One thing I think would be interesting is for Randall to either have met or make an effort to meet with the Winchester brothers. He is a born and raised hunter--I'm sure he knows everything that's going on...or a good portion of it. So keep that to use and talk to Sam and Deans player if you like this idea! For now, Randall remains in a coma...that is until you pick him up!
Important Note
Okay, here is the other twist. Randall eventually turns into a monster himself. I was thinking a werewolf because a vampire is a bit more complicated to control 24/7, ya know? A werewolf has a certain time of the month when things get tough and I think that will add a lovely challenge not only to Randall or to Cassidy but to other characters he meets as well. One thing I wanna stress is that he will not be alone!! Cassidy is a bit of a "creature enthusiast" despite being a hunter and doesn't like hurting creatures who haven't wronged others. She will be his support and if anything I'd hope he'd be inspired to help others from what he's going to endure. Either helping werewolves in general or hunters who plan to kill themselves because they turned. I want something optimistic as a final result to his awareness to being a werewolf.
If you have any other questions please feel free to private message me. I'd love to clarify.

It had been late evening and Cassidy had decided to meet up with Randall at his apartment. She stood outside the apartment's door knocking loudly for a few minutes, determined to annoy him to the point of submission. It wasn't until she could feel heavy vibrations of footsteps and moderate vibrations of objects hitting the floor that Cassidy started to panic. She tried the conventional way of just opening the door but when she pushed the door open it had been blocked by something heavy. Without much thought she set her belongings aside, pulled out her pepper spray, and climbed off the balconies edge and onto the ledge of the two story apartment. She didn't dare look down as she scooted her way to the closest window, pulled her hand into her sleeve, and punch the window until the glass shatters. She made her way inside just in time to see Randall struggling with a large humanoid-wolf creature in the hallway. The feeling of being faint from the trip over to the window melted away when she sees Randall's life at stake. In attempts to help him Cassidy sprays the creature with the pepper spray which 'causes the creature to pull away from Randall. Her attack, however, didn't completely stop it and it lunges to kill her but Randall knifes the creature in the head just before it could.
