Immortality: Romanian Vampires do not age, like all Vampires
Infectious Bite: Romanian Vampires can turn humans into more of their kind by biting them. Depending on how close the vampire that turned someone is to Dracula in a sire lineage depends on exactly how potent their abilities are.
Superhuman Strength: Romanian Vampires can easily overpower humans and normal vampires.
Superhuman Speed They moves much faster than the human eye can track, being slightly slower than a European Vampire’s speed.
Superhuman Agility: They can move, climb, sprint and leap with ease and grace beyond any average human..
Superhuman Endurance They are able to withstand considerable damage and shrug off gunshots - Vlad can take even moreso.
Superhuman Senses: Romanian Vampires senses of hearing, sight, smell and touch are greatly enhanced
Regeneration: Romanian Vampires can heal from most injuries with ease.
Bat Transformation: Romanian Vampires can at a whim transform into a vampire bat.They are also able to, while in his human form, call upon the claws and wings to fly and use in combat or hang upside down from clawed feet. Their fangs fall in line with this, extending four long, curved bat-like teeth with the upper being dominate to the lower.
Opposite Sex Hypnosis: By gazing into a Romanian Vampire's eyes, they can enchant the opposite sex into listening to their commands as suggestions, compelling them to follow their wishes. Usually their eyes will only turn a faint crimson red. Dracula's will glow brightly with red, pulsing veins fanning out from their point of origin.
Temperature Immunity: Romanian Vampires are not bothered by temperature as their body is kept at a chilled temperature, not changing.
Freezing Fog - Alpha Ability
Dracula is able to, as a unique ability to him, cool the air around him enough to create a fog that is cold enough to leave a thin layer of frost over everything and freeze over water. This fog is so thick that is is hard to see anything through, even for other vampires and he will use this both defensively and offensively to attack enemies head on, while they never see him coming.
Progeny Connection: - Alpha Ability
Regardless of what kind of person they are, Romanian Vampires are naturally inclined to serve Dracula when he is present and speaks to them or gives them orders. It is an instinct that is often hard to resist. As the Alpha, Dracula is telepathically connected to all members of his race.
Weaknesses:
Wooden Stakes: Romanian Vampires can be killed by a Wooden Stake to their heart, which will cause them to fall to a pile of dust. In the case of Dracula, it must be a specifically made stake lined with silver and made from Ebony Wood.
Silver: Though not lethal, and it will not burn a Romanian Vampire's skin on contact, if someone were to cut a Romanian Vampire with a silver knife, it would take considerably longer to heal than if it were steel or iron. In a similar vein, if he or she were to ingest Silver somehow - like it being thrown in their face as a dust - they will have trouble breathing and have something similar to an allergic reaction.
Invitation: Romanian Vampires can only enter a persons place of residence if they invite him inside, if they do not, it is as if he is blocked by an invisible door.
Temperature: Romanian Vampire's skin is ice cold to the touch.
Daytime Weakness: They are forced to sleep during the day, and should a Romanian Vampire be awoken during the day - their abilities will be CONSIDERABLY weaker.
Sunlight and UV Rays: They will not kill a Romanian Vampire, but they will cause them great pain, causing burns and sores to appear on their skin.
Reflections, Pictures, Videos: Romanian Vampires do not show up in any of these things, making them easily identifiable for people who hold up a mirror or snap a picture of them.
Hunger Weakness: If a Romanian Vampire goes even a few days without human blood, it will result in them gradually becoming weaker and they will begin bleeding from the eyes, nose, mouth and ears. In extreme cases, these starving vampires will mummify and go into a comatose state which requires a ridiculous amount of blood to awaken them from - at the very least enough to submerge their whole body.
Cure: Romanian Vampires can technically be cured at any time, assuming someone can capture and contain one long enough to do it. In order to cure them, one has to expose a Romanian Vampire to sunlight for an extended period of time; 12 hours a day - depending on how long they have been a vampire and how close their sire was to Dracula it can range from a few weeks, or even months. Dracula, on the other hand cannot be cured as he has never been human. One will notice that during this process there will be odd "smoke" radiating from their body in the latter stages, this is the infection being burned out. It's an incredibly miserable process for the vampire in question, and there is a significant chance they won't even be cured at all and instead will die during or shortly after the process. Romanian Vampires who have been cured will no longer feel a connection with Dracula and feel a certain "emptiness" because of it.

Personality:
Though Dracula came from something of a humble origin, as a measly bat, he's become such a powerful being both in reality and in folklore. Skillfully using brutality and manipulation to drag himself to the top all those centuries ago, only to lose it, has left a bitter taste in his mouth towards others and it has given him an even more self centered and aggressive view towards the world that he fully intends to rule, one way or the other. This vampire takes so much pride in his name and species that he will openly announce it at the first given opportunity, all while demanding h be shown the proper respect... lest there be violent consequences for those who disagree. He never attempts to hide what he is any longer - the time to remain as a puppet master in the shadows died when he was shoved in a coffin for centuries, and now it's a time for anger, for war.
Carrying a resentment for most other kinds of creatures, vampires and mortals - Dracula has somewhat adopted a him vs the world standpoint - untrusting of everyone and wiling to do what it takes to put himself up on top, then keep himself there with no contest. He fully intends on learning the new world he has awoken in, get his revenge on those who wronged him, and take the world for his own uses whether it wants the change or not.

History:
Dracula wasn’t brought into the world in the typical fashion. Vlad began life as a vampire bat - one that Eve had taken a particular liking to. The creator of the Alpha's kept him as a pet for years, and nothing caught her curiosity quite like the fear and legends a bat could spark from humans. Eve's bond with the bat continued until his dying day, where in an effort to keep her dear pet alive - she warped the animals soul into something else and fashioned it a new body with magic - giving it the form that Dracula has now proudly worn for centuries.
Vlad continued to loyally serve Eve as her protector for many years following his change into the first Romanian Vampire, and she cared and taught him to maintain his new abilities until one day, his loving creator left him to his own devices with one last choice of words: "The world is yours, my dear creature. Take it." - It doesn't take a genius to see that Dracula truly took this phrase to heart, as it inspired a fire in his heart to please Eve by gaining as much power, influence and control as he could. He spent centuries building a power base, eventually settling down in Transylvania where he commissioned the creation of Bran Castle and began his reign over the surrounding area under many names - the most noticeable being Vlad the Impaler... or Count Dracula.
Obviously, a Vampire gaining so much power was quick to draw the ire of hunters - but none were able to stand up to the might that was Vlad Dracula and the army of subservient vampires that were ready to respond to his every whim. That was, until he killed the son of Dr. Abree Van Helsing. The legendary vampire hunter took it upon herself to bring about the end of Count Dracula's rule of terror, and the two of them fought for many, many years - being so evenly matched that Van Helsing is the one mortal person that Dracula would confidently count among his equals. He finally landed a final insult on Helsing, however, when he turned the vampire hunter into a Romanian Vampire herself... and then locked her away to mummify within the walls of his castle.
It wasn't long after the removal of the largest threat against his existence that another, much more interesting offer came to the table; an invitation for he and all of the Alpha's of each vampiric race to attend a summit of sorts to discuss a plan which would change the world as they knew it - Dracula was obviously intrigued, and that's where he met Ambrogio of the Red Sky - another person he could confidently say he believed himself to be equal to, which was saying something. Dracula became Ambrogio's second, and together they ran a Vampire Council that spanned the continent, terrorizing humans with the plans of eventually ruling the Alpha's involved's respective countries. They thought themselves unstoppable, and they might very well have been - were it not for Abrogio leaving the council behind.
With their leader, the man who could keep everyone in line with force, power and a sharp wit - Dracula believed he was next in line to take charge.
The other Alpha's disagreed
Bringing them to their meeting place in France, Dracula made an attempt to lay down the law with the two other remaining Alpha's in who remained in the Council with him - attempting to reinforce his rule. It resulted in the other two Alpha Vampire's lashing out at him. The other two eventuay overpowered him and drained Dracula of his blood - placing him in a mummified, comatose state for centuries, burying him twelve feet under the basement of a castle, never to be dug up again - so they thought.
Dracula was awoken again by a cult of Vampires who worshiped the Alpha in the year 2016, swiftly the American Vampire cult and attempting to find where exactly... and when exactly he was, finding that the world he was now in was nothing like the one he had left behind; but Eve's words still rang out in his mind - no matter how it looked, the word was still there, and it would be his, no matter the cost - Vampire Council or not.

Revan let everything Lucy was saying hit her at once, and it felt like the feeling the Angel got when she was still powerful, when someone shot her with a shotgun. She felt terrible, like someone had punched her in the gut, or hit her with a baseball bat. She turned around and her hand went over her mouth, feeling like she was going to throw up. It was better that Lucy was dead than deserving this... No one deserved to be a ghost, the sad, sad existence.
Her throat tightened and tears began to well up, trying a hard as she could to keep from breaking down here on the floor.
She turned to Lucy, seemingly three shades paler, her hair not nearly as vibrant as it seemed to be three years ago, her grey eyes dulled to a shade of black. "Lucy... its 2013..." Revan hadn't been keeping track but she had counted three New Years celebrations since Lucy's death. Her hands went to her face and then back to her sides, her nails digging in to her palms until blood leaked down her fingers. "Three years.. I've counted. Three years I've slept alone in the bed. Three years I've drowned my sorrows I alcohol... Three years with my heart ripped from my chest without you here, Heaven and Earth becoming a living hell to me, leaving me with what options?" Revan wasn't going to lie, she had tried her hand at writing stories like Lucy, but that was the best poetry she could do, even if it was free verse.
Tears were dripping down her cheeks again now, and with the flick of her wrist the TV blinked to life and flicked to the news, where the date would be shown. "Everything I told you... Everything you thought I was crazy over, everything you would joke about... About me being an Angel was not a lie." Revan looked up at her again and then to the floor. "I m-missed you so... s-so much." Revan's legs stopped supporting her then and the pink haired woman fell on the floor, her head tilted down and her face in her hands, sobbing. She knew she shouldn't, but she felt as she did on the day of Lucy's death and funeral. Like all the life had been sucked out of her seeing the person she loved at this fate. But there was a part of Revan that was revived with this, the part of her that she had thought was buried with Lucy... Selfish as it may be to her, Revan was so, so happy Lucy was back.
