✦ Her temper - She is known to have a very nasty temper. Not much would set her off. Its one thing that can go to far.


✦ Drama Queen - She is a bit of a drama queen where she tends to over react at the smallest things. It sometimes gets on peoples nerves.

✦ Overly Sensitive - Selene is a very overly sensitive type, It comes from growing up from her childhood. she takes alot of things to heart.

✦ Obsessive - Selene has a tendency to get obsessed with  things or even people when she starts to care about them she cares a bit to much and forgets to know when to step back.

✦ Jealousy - She can get very Jealous at somethings. When it comes to a man she likes that's mostly when the Jealousy rears it's ugly head.

✦ Controlling - She never likes authority figures telling her what to do, or someone trying to control her. Though she does like to be in charge and try to control others. Sometimes this could land her in some hot water, or get on someones nerves.

History:

Selene was born to a rich family of both Erica and Rick Thomas. She lived in London, UK most of her life but flew around at times with her parents to other countries, like Paris, Italy and the United States. Although she had flown to many countries, her primary language is English.  She also speaks with a Britain accent.

She is also the younger than her sister Eva. Her childhood wasn't really a good one when she was growing up.  Her dad was never around because of his business, and her mother had never paid much attention to her. 

Her mother was a fashion designer, and model. She would drink alot which led her to ignore her daughter most of the time. Selene was never into fashion like her mother and she never liked models mainly for that reason.

Eva, her sister had always been dotted on more, and was her mothers favorite.  This lead to some friction in later years.  When Selene was about twelve, she started reading into romance novels and wished the world was like a fairy tale, sometimes it would go to far with this that other people began thinking she was strange.

As Selene was growing up, she never did liked school much not only because her parents were rich, she was more of a loner. Other kids picked on her throughout her school days.

She didn't have many friends through out her school year.  There were times she wished her parents did pay attention to her more, but they never did. When Selene was fourteen she develop an eating disorder that nearly cost her life. By the time she was fifteen, she had weighed about 98 pounds, Her mother noticed it and decided to put her into a clinic in New York City where they can get her treated for her disease.

Selene did get better over time but had to regain all the weight she had lost. During her days at the treatment center she was found to have Bi-Polar which she was given medication for.

Selene decided not to return back to London because she was nearly 18, she could finish her school here where the system was different that it is in the UK, she graduated with an average GPA. 


Selene attended college in New York, upstate majoring in several studies like Law Enforcement and Pathology  even took a course in Psychology.  By the time she turned twenty - One, Selene decided to move back to London and go to school there. She decided to go into Pathology field. She was accepted to work in the Crime Lab as an assistant while doing her other studies.

After a few years dealing with cases she decided she wanted to become a detective. After couple of years, she got a late start and became a Detective Constable (DC) in 2010 at the London Metro Department. While working as a police officer She had met a man that was a police detective also but a higher rank that she was. She felt he was like the love of her life, but he didn't think that way towards her.

Selene had only known pain and ignores most of her life, she felt that it would change with this man. It didn't quiet work out the way she wanted it to. He told her that they would be just friends, but never stopped her. She had hoped one day he would change his mind, but that day never came. For a couple of years it took a toll on Selene where it affected her work, and friendship as well.



After trying everything to get him to notice her she had enough. To avoid having a mental breakdown, Selene packed up her things and left town in late 2013. She moved back to New York City where she found a job as an officer instead of a detective this time she had to start from the beginning because things ran different in the States also getting license for firearms, which she was happy about, because in UK guns weren't allowed.

In the year, 2014 she was helping detectives working on an unexplained case. Selene was alone in her apartment one night, it was cold and snowing outside at the time and she had just gotten off work. She felt a cold chill, and figured the heating needed to be turned up. When she went to check it the lights started flickering then she saw a person in a gown standing in her kitchen. 

It was pale, had a white gown and long black hair. It looked at her then vanished. It freaked her out that night. Over the next couple of neighs he came back and kept trying to tell her something. Selene didn't get what was going on then finally she let the ghost tell her what she needed. It was a connection to a case she had been working on. She called it a voice from the grave.

After that she became a believer that there are some Supernatural out there. She never spoke about the encounter to anyone except to a couple of her friends where they did believe that she had a visit from the victim.

Selene sat alone in her apartment, looking out the window in the buzzing city of New York. She sips her coffee, wishing that one day, someone would show her love. After the disappointment she had in London, she had to leave and never go back again. She wondered about the man she did love, was he married now? She wondered why he liked his co-worker more than her. All that she had in that town is gone. She had to start over with a fresh start.

Selene looks at her phone and sighs, seeing her sisters number she hasn't spoken to Eva in a long time. She did wish they were close but, she resented how her mother always paid more attention to Eva than her.

It wasn't really her fault that she was her mother's favorite hopefully she can learn to accept that. Her phone rang and it was her boss on the other end of the line "Hello, Yes I'll be there. Wait, there is one thing I need to tell you. I'm gonna be taking a vacation in a couple of days. Yeah, I'm fine, I just need some time to myself." With that she hung up and wondering where this trip will lead her.
