Abilities
Asher never knew what he was exactly, having never known his father and being abandoned by his mother as a child.
- Incineration By Touch - Being part phoenix Asher can incinerate anyone/anything with a single touch, his ability is so strong, that he can reduce a whole man to ashes in seconds. When doing this, the flames that appear on the thing he is incinerating appear blue. When not emotionally stable Asher's power sometimes acts up on it's own.
- Immortality - Being a Phoenix and Nekomata, Asher immortal, meaning he doesn't age at all. A Phoenix is immune to death by natural causes and aging. There are not many ways known to kill a phoenix, but a few ways are possible. However with Asher being part Nekomata he must die a total of 9 times with these methods in order to be truly dead. (Example: If he were to get shot by the Colt he'd have to be shot 9 times.) After each death, Asher will remain dead for a period of time before coming back to life, emerging from the ashes of his body. This can range anywhere from a few minutes to possibly hours.
- Shapeshifting - Being part Phoenix and part Nekomata, Asher's true form is that of a big two tailed cat, with wings on its back and feathers on it's legs and end of it's tail.
- Invulnerability - Asher is nearly completely invulnerable, he can take repeated shots in the chest and not even react. Although significant force, such as being hanged can knock him out for a while.
- Super Strength - Being half Phoenix and half Nekomata, Asher is physically stronger than both of them.
- Super Speed - Being part Nekomata, Asher is incredibly fast in both cat and human form.
- Super Stamina - Asher doesn't tire quickly at all, able to pursue a target for a few days if needed.
- Super Agility - Being part Nekomata, Asher has amazing balance, making him almost impossible to be knocked down. He is also able to jump higher than a normal human can.
- Super Senses - Being part Nekomata, Asher has super hearing, can see in the dark, and can smell things more intensely than a human can.
- Fangs - Asher has very strong fangs that he can also manifest while in human form.
- Claws - Asher has very sharp claws that he can also manifest while in human form.
- Fire Manipulation - Asher is able to control a haunting blue colored fire to some extents. He is able to catch his cat form aflame, almost seeming like he is made of the blue fire. He is able to shoot small blue balls of fire at enemies from his mouth when in cat form, or from his hands while in human form. The fire can also be used in the form of blasts, like a flamethrower. When enraged Asher has been known to sometimes incinerate things like a phoenix with these fire blasts.
- Dream Manipulation - Asher is able to enter other’s dreams but cannot control anything inside them. He is also able to absorb/destroy/eat/steal dreams or nightmares of others, storing them as a power source or sharing/passing them on. The effects of having one's dreams stolen vary greatly. Victims of dream theft may become unable to sleep properly, lose their creativity or even go completely insane. In some cases, there may not be any side effects at all, particularly if the dream is merely being shared or copied rather than completely removed.
- Subconscious Manipulation - Asher's mother, being the daughter to the alpha gifts Asher an ability that only develops in those who are closely related to the alpha. He is able to tap into the subconscious of an individual. Asher is able to do this because that is where dreams resign, in the subconscious mind. He is able to make eye contact with the individual and give them commands that they will then act out. While receiving commands from Asher, the victim’s pupils will enlarge and they will be in a trance like state. When doing this, the Asher’s pupil will turn into a cat like slit.

☬ Abandonment - Asher is terrified of being abandoned by people that he doesn't like to let himself get close to people. This stems from the father he never knew and his mother.

Personality: Asher is a good man who struggles with his inner demons on a daily basis. Being abandoned by his birth mother at the age of 7, Asher has felt like he has bee on his own his whole life. He's learned how to do everything for himself and not to rely on anyone else. Growing up he resorted to thievery and hustling, and it's not his most proud moments but it's what he had to do to survive. Perhaps it's because of his strong will that he wouldn't ask for help, but the cause being his stubbornness is more likely. He's able to push himself through the toughest situations and stay strong without breaking. Though he doesn't care if he is hurt, because he feels like he deserves it. In all honesty he feels like trash and doesn't feel like he's good enough to be in the world. These thoughts originate from his childhood.
He's incredibly fearless and courageous, facing whatever comes his way even if it is scary. Asher has a hard time letting himself get close to people, preferring to stay on the road and hunting. He's one of those hunters who don't play well with other's but only because he doesn't want to, not that he can't. If you do manage to make a friend in him, he's incredibly loyal and will stand with you through thick and thin.
Perhaps Asher's biggest weakness however, is his anger. Ever since he was a child he would have horrific temper tantrums where he'd literally burn things down to the ground. Now that he's grown up, it's not that bad but he does anger easily and when he is angry you better move out of his way because he becomes an unstoppable force.
Asher has a past addiction with drugs and struggles with it still, to stay clean.

History:
Chris and Camilla met in 1984 while the Phoenix was on a hunt. One thing lead to another and Chris found himself having feelings for the girl and after a number of weeks, the two slept together. Camilla didn't stick around though, sneaking out while Chris was asleep and stealing his wallet full of money. Apparently she was using Chris the whole time, having him protect her in case her father found her. However after seeing he wasn't on her trail, she ditched the phoenix and went her own way.
Only if it could be that easy. Camilla was pregnant and she was shocked and angry, but maybe even disgusted. The fact she let that "bird" impregnate her made her sick and she feared of the abomination that was in her womb. She began to attempt to abort the baby, sticking different things inside of her in hopes to kill the baby. She even attempted to use magic from a witch, who was shocked that she was even pregnant with the creature. In the end all of the efforts of the Nekomata failed and the baby was born.
It was the 12th of May, in the city of Chicago. Camilla gave birth in a dark alley as a wild storm occurred. She tried to love the baby she looked at but she couldn't, but she tried. For whatever reason, Camilla kept the baby and raised it... It wasn't a good life style to say the least. She stole, killed, and many times didn't bother feeding Asher. She didn't even name him. As he grew up she began to call him "Bird", but it wasn't a cute nickname she said it in a degrading kind of way. Unlike his mother, Asher didn't want to hurt people and it angered her. She'd force him to feed on people, even going as far as shoving organs in his mouth as she laughed.
Asher was just a small child, and his mother didn't care. She began to experiment with drugs and gave them to her child as well. Not only did she stick him with all kinds of drugs there is, she even tried things that were considered supernatural drugs on him. It wasn't until he was 7 years old that Camilla chained him in iron chains and left him for dead.
It was a hunter couple named Jennifer and Brian who tracked a trail of corpses his mother left behind, straight to him. They saw the child chained and Brian, thinking they should kill him because he was a monster was stopped by his wife, who felt like it wasn't the kids fault. Somehow Jennifer talked her husband into taking in the child, and they taught him morals and how to be a kid. The hunters already had a son named Steven, who would stay with his grandmother while the two hunted. They kept Steven away from Asher for a while, until they felt it was safe and then they broke the news to Steven. It was weird, no doubt about it and it took a long time but eventually they were a family.
They home schooled Asher for a long time before letting him attend public school when he reached 9th grade. Asher was a smart kid, and loved to read. His best subject was history, getting so invested in it. For a moment he even considered becoming a history professor or something but in the end he too decided to become a hunter. He learned a bit from Jennifer and Brian, before telling him he had to go on his own at the age of twenty. He wanted to know more about who he was, what he was. He wanted to figure that out at the very least and maybe somehow track his father down. Jennifer and Brian understood but he was told to keep in contact, and call at least once a week. And he did.
Living on the open road was... Freeing. Asher really began to learn about himself from just traveling, meeting people and having so much free time. He met a girl named Chelsea once he was twenty two and he fell in love. She was a waitress at a restaurant called Wall-i's and he would wait for her after her shift just to talk to her. She wouldn't give him the time of day at first but eventually she gave in and he took her out. The two fell in love quickly and Asher stopped traveling so much and stayed at a motel often until she asked him to move in.
He did so, and he was truly happy. His life had turned around so much, thanks to his parents and now this girl. However, as they say all good things must come to an end. Asher got a job doing yard work and after coming home from a long day, he found Chelsea dead in her apartment, her throat slit. Asher was shocked, then sorrowful, before rage took over him. He was able to smell the sulfur, due to not being human and he knew what killed her. Little did he know, it wasn't just normal demons. A phenomenon that happens all over, Black-Eyed Children, were the cause of her death. Apparently these demons were unique to Hell, as they would take the appearance of children without the need of a host and would ask to be let in to a home. The victim's who let them in would then be killed, and the demon children would drag them to Hell.
Asher, hurt and angered by the news sent him on a mission to hunt down all of the Black-Eyed Children, sending them back to Hell. During this time, Asher began making a name for himself among the demon community, being an expert of sorts with these demons. His reputation grew more and more as stories of him destroying vampire nests, an arachne nest, and killing a group of 4 rugaru in one night.
Now, Asher is just a hunter. Keeping to himself and making a name for himself.

Dean watched as the young blonde suddenly stood up and held out her hand. She was leaving? Dean couldn't help but feel a bit of disappointment. Little did he know the blonde thought Dean was trying to get rid of her even though that was not his intentions. He also stood and took her hand shaking it lightly but firmly, the electrical shock he felt earlier not as strong as the first time. When she leaned over and kissed his cheek it took him a little off guard. Her warm yet moist lips sent a feeling much stronger then the electrical shocks he felt earlier every time they made slight contact. What was it about this girl?.... It was something very different, he felt an almost... pull to her like she was a magnet and he was just a fine piece of metal. Again, his mind blamed it on the fact that he was in Purgatory for a year and this was really the first time he had been with a girl alone in quite sometime.
Dean took her phone and put the number in, all the while realizing that she would probably never call. He knew better then anyone that you don't give the person your number you get theirs. He handed her the phone and their fingers brushed against each other. She put the phone back in her bag.
"Thank you again,"
As she looked at him, their eyes met once again, gazing into one another's for a split moment before a small sigh escaped her lips. Before Dean could ask what was wrong a knock and a small voice came from outside the door.
"Housekeeping!"
Dean immediately furrowed his eyebrows. What the hell was housekeeping coming around at this time? It wasn't right, and Dean knew it. He had been living in motels forever, it wasn't time for this. Not only that, but Dean had specifically asked to keep housekeeping away until after he was done with the room, just something he started doing just in case he planned on staying a while. Dean went to grab Bethany's arm as she turned to open the door but wasn't quick enough.
"Wait, don't- - "
Beth opened the door and there stood a rather small middle aged woman with with black hair pulled into a pony-tail and a light blue cleaning uniform. Dean's eyebrows stayed furrowed as he looked at the woman but her words sent a shier down his spine and blood pumping his heart even faster.
"Hello, Bethany,"
The woman's eyes turned coal black and her cold, devilish half-smile sent another shiver down Dean's spine when suddenly Beth was sent flying into the wall. The demon sped in, the door slamming behind her. It was if she didn't notice Dean, that she didn't even care that he was standing there as her glare stayed hooked on Bethany who was now being pinned to the wall with telekinesis. As she was being held there a coat hook stabbed through the poor girl's left shoulder.
Dean's index finger on his right hand twitched as he stood there for a second. Before long the Winchester was moving and pulling out a canteen of holy water from under his pillow. Thankfully back when he got the credit cards Dean also got the basics, salt, holy water, borax, the works. He quickly spun around a toss a bit at the demon, making her grab at her face and scream as she steamed. Thanks to the sudden pain, the demon's hold on Bethany was gone and she fell to the floor. Dean quickly sprinkled more on the demon and moved in front of the door.
The woman stood there, her hands covering her face as she was bent over and looking down. She slowly lifted her head and pulled her hands away. Her eyes going wide and the pitch black being even more visible.
"Dean Winchester?!"
The demon shrieked and as she went to quickly leave the body Dean kicked with full force and she was pushed back, falling on a rug set up at the foot of the bed. She looked up quickly at the ceiling seeing nothing and frowned, trying to leave again but when she couldn't her eyes shot to Dean. Dean walked over slowly and smirked, lifting up the corner of the rug revealing a devils trap. He spoke in a low and cocky tone.
"Got you, bitch."
The demon squinted her eyes and tilted her head as Dean got up and rushed over to Beth.
"You..... I heard you were gone, everyone did. How are you here?"
Dean ignored the demon and squatted to Bethany's side, his eyes full of concern. He looked at her and upon seeing her injury he quickly wrapped his arm around her and helped her up.
"Don't worry... You'll be okay... I'll fix you up."
Dean walked her over to the bed and sat her down, ways away from the demon. After looking at her wound again, he looked into her eyes.
"Hang in there..."
Dean turned around and walked up to the demon, standing right outside of the devil's trap.
"What the hell are you doing here?" He nodded back at Beth. "What do you want from her?"
"Not going to make me talk, Winchester." The demon shook her head and smirked.
"Yeah?" Dean raised his eyebrows as he splashed more water in her face causing her to hiss. "Sure about that?"
The demon decided not to respond and Dean's anger and disgust took over.
"Fine. " Dean looked down at her, his glare latched onto her and not going anywhere. "Exorcizamus te, omnis immundus spiritus, omnis satanica potestas, omnis incursio infernalis adversarii, omnis legio, omnis congregatio et secta diabolica."
They'll love to know you are back!" The demon growled at Dean, causing him to pause a moment. "Yeah, well tell them I sent you." Dean paused again with a slight smirk and then he finished the exorcism. "Ergo, draco maledicte. Excclesiam tuam securi tibi facias libertate servire, te rogamus, audi nos."
A cloud of black smoke came spewing violently from the woman's mouth and when down through the floor. Dean took a breath and quickly turned around to see Beth. He swallowed and walked quickly back over to Beth, sitting on the bed next to her.
"I..... should patch you up now."
The body of the woman laid there, not moving as she was gone. Dean reached over to the nightstand, bending over Beth slightly and pulling open the drawer revealing some medical equipment.
Dean took her phone and put the number in, all the while realizing that she would probably never call. He knew better then anyone that you don't give the person your number you get theirs. He handed her the phone and their fingers brushed against each other. She put the phone back in her bag.
