Full Name: Clancy Arkwright
Nickname/Alias: Cee, Clance, Lance, Brainiac
Age/Date Of Birth: 72, born August 15th 1994
Race: European Vampire
Occupation: Drifter
Species Group: Creature
Play-By: Sophia Lillis
Abilities
Supernatural Speed: European vampires are incredibly fast and move in a blur, Clancy's speed is below average for a European Vampire.
Supernatural Strength: European Vampires are stronger than most species of vampires but it also depends on their age, as they get stronger as they grow older. Clancy's strength is well above the average in comparison to other European Vampires her age range. An amusing disparity to her rather small form.
Supernatural Agility: European Vampires possess super-human agility. They have shown that they can move quickly, jump very high, climb, and run incredibly fast without difficulty or exhaustion. Vampires can jump with their super speed too.
Supernatural Senses: European Vampires have extremely keen senses of hearing, sight, smell, and taste that far exceed those of humans. They can hear whispered conversations, even ones in far of buildings and on phones, though most vampires typically learn how to tune out most ambient noises when it's not necessary to hear them. European Vampires can also smell blood from several meters away, and see in total darkness. These senses improve and grow stronger with age and experience as well. Their senses of taste are also enhanced, allowing them to detect the presence of drugs, alcohol, or even what the person ate in someone's blood.
Regeneration: European Vampires recover tissue from any form of physical damage to their bodies within seconds, though they still feel the pain of a wound before it heals. They can snap their bones back into place after they have been broken and have been seen to fully recover from gunshots, stab wounds, and torso impalement very quickly, so long as they had consumed a regular diet of human blood prior to the injury.
Healing Blood: European Vampires are able to heal humans by feeding them their blood, it will not turn them. The only way for them to turn is if they die while having the vampire blood in their system. If a drinks fresh blood from a vampire, a psychic and emotional bond is created. The vampire will be able to sense the location and emotions of the human.
Progeny Link: The one who made a vampire has a special link to those they create and can sense any pain or duress the progeny undergoes, and know when a progeny has died. The maker can "call" their progeny by saying their name out loud, causing the progeny to become aware their maker is calling out for them. The progeny experiences a shiver, and may be able to tell where their maker is. Lastly a maker can force their progeny to do anything they want, as long as they make what they say a direct order.
Immortality: They have the potential to live forever.
Enhanced Emotions: European Vampires experience emotions more powerfully than humans. Emotions like love, joy, and happiness are magnified for vampires, allowing them to live life more intensely. This ability allows vampires to feel emotions at their peak regardless of their age.
Emotional Control: European Vampires have the supernatural ability to remove or dull their emotions by "turning off" or "switching off" their humanity, which is directly connected to their emotions. Doing so allows them to block out their more negative emotions, such as fear and guilt, allowing them to feed and kill without remorse, go against any opponent without fear, and relieve themselves of painful feelings such as grief, loss, depression, and shame. A vampire without their emotions is far more calculating and direct than one who keeps them on. However, the vampire can become a remorseless killer, and are almost unrecognizable from the person they truly are, as blocking out negative emotions also causes their positive emotions to become dulled or nonexistent as well. Vampires are capable of turning their humanity back on and bringing back their emotions, but it is difficult as a result of the fact that they will be bombarded with all of their repressed emotions in addition to the guilt of anything they did without their humanity (such as killing or torturing innocent people or loved ones) with enhanced intensity.
Mind Compulsion: European Vampires have the ability to influence and control thoughts, emotions, and behavior and can alter or erase memories by eye contact. They are not able to compel other vampires or any other kind of creature. Clancy's understanding of this ability is rather limited.
True Face: A European Vampire's true face is the appearance they are hiding under their normal human face. When a vampire's true face is revealed, the sclera of their eyes turns blood-red, dark veins appear under their eyes as the blood pumps forcefully through them, and their canine teeth extend into razor-sharp fangs. A vampire's true face can be revealed whenever they wish, but it will appear against their will whenever they are aroused by the scent of blood, or are feeling intense emotions such as fear, anger, lust, sadness, etc. A vampire's fangs are extremely sharp which gives them the ability to tear into almost any substance (including and especially flesh) and tear off limbs. A vampire's true face will appear for the first time either while they drink human blood for the first time or shortly afterward. With the fangs come the darkened veins under the eyes as well.
Alchemy: Clancy is experienced in witch alchemy - able to make healing elixirs and poisons - but she prefers making magical explosions. One of the things she favors doing is a potion that explodes with a magical green flame that can only be put out by a specially made counter-potion or even more powerful spellcraft.
Spell Casting: Clancy has very limited grasp over spell casting.

Fears (At Least 2):
☬ Death - She became a vampire to avoid it. Of course she fears it.
☬ Germaphobe - Despite being a Vampire, Clancy can't stand the idea of germs. Caused by the trauma of disease when she was human and it has improved since being turned, but she's still a clean freak. She can at the very least handle touching people again, that's progress. She still washes her hands hourly at the very least, however, and carries around disinfectant and hand sanitizer everywhere.
☬ Being left alone. She has lost enough in her life. She isn't sure how much else she can bare, and losing anyone else would weigh heavily on her. She can't stand being alone, as strong as Clancy claims to be.
Goals (At Least 1):
★ Enjoy Life
★ Stop Ayam
Personality:
Clancy is a genius, through and through. Her mind is swimming with information and ideas, with a spark of inspiration that people don't often expect from someone who looks as young as she does. She has a drive to understand how the world - both scientific and supernatural - works. She is analytical, logical, and values her intelligence very highly - so highly that it has shown in her personality as a very clear and blatant overconfidence. Clancy very often thinks herself the smartest person in the room, and it's plain to see with how she acts, with a high and mighty air about her when she thinks she knows what she is talking about. Her high level of intelligence also makes it very hard for Clancy to connect with people, she feels, as it's hard for people to understand her with the thoughts and concepts that pop into her head, or for people to understand how she functions and thinks. It's because of this and a list of quirks a mile long that Clancy really latches onto people who do understand her, as despite all of her strength and intelligence - she is terrified of being alone. She isn't sure what she'd do without the likes of Josie and Belle - even though Belle isn't all there these days.
Other things that terrify Clancy are death and disease - two remaining traumas that have stuck out vividly in her razor-sharp mind due to the trauma she endured while she was still human. She still distinctly remembers the pain she went through, and the fear and uncertainty she felt when she did, in fact, die. It haunts her - and she doesn't want to feel that uncertainty again, or that pain. Even if she can't get sick now, she can't tolerate the idea of disease - it sickens her, and has manifested as her germaphobia.

✧ Genius
✧ Brave
✧ Analytical
Negatives (At Least 3):
✦ No filter - Clancy tends to run on and on about anything, even if she shouldn't. And she always says what's on her mind. Being too smart for her own good doesn't help.
✦ Lazy - She's often keen to work on things she enjoys, but putting effort in to do things beyond that usually take some pushing. She's a fan of doing nothing but her hobbies all day and nothing else if she can help it.
✦ Overconfidence - Often thinks she is the smartest person in the room. Usually because she is.

History:
Clancy was born a year and a half into Cecil and Belle's relationship following his removal from the police force. While in our world, she was a false alarm pregnancy that never came to term - in Clancy's, it carried through and she was born August 12th, 1994. Her early years were rather happy ones. Her intelligence band odd nature became clear rather early on, carrying out full conversations as a young child startlingly quick, and moving through books that were far more advanced than one would expect from a child. Clancy's parents did their best to supply for her - and soon after came another daughter, Maribelle. Clancy was fiercely protective of her little sister almost right away - a trait that would prove useful in the coming years as, when Clancy was 10, their home was attacked by demons who had intentions on taking Cecil and Maribelle due to their connections to Scott Jacobs's trials.
Belle managed to escape with her daughters, but Cecil wasn't so lucky, and he was captured by the attackers, who burned their house down. Fearful, and not knowing who to trust, Belle took her daughters to a family friend - Jon Keeper. Keeper assisted the girls by insisting he would handle the issue, but they had to get out of town for a time. Without hesitation, Belle and her girls took what little they still had and fled, zig-zagging across the country, never staying in one place more than a week. This also, unintentionally, led to the three of the beginning to hunt after coming in contact with a hunter named Murdock Lawrence who took them under his wing for a time. Murdock was kind, and helpful. He became the father figure that filled the space that Cecil had left when he was taken, teaching Clancy to shoot with revolvers and long-range rifles, and how to play the drums, piano and electric guitar all in a startling amount of time. She fixated on music, and soon fell in love with bands like System of a Down and Disturbed - but Nirvana soon stole her heart, and she still finds herself obsessed with the music to this day. These pass times proved to be a good outlet for Clancy while she learned to hunt under Murdock's tutorship, fully intending that, one day, she was going to find the things that took her dad away and kill them all on her own.
Murdock and Belle even had the beginnings of a relationship starting to brew. Even though Clancy missed her real father - Murdock was a good person to stand in for him. He was good to them, kind. Or, he was until Jane's shadow teleportation surfaced. While Clancy was immediately intrigued by her sisters power and Belle was just unnerved - Murdock became instantly distant. He didn't trust Jane's newfound ability, and often scolded her when she would use it, even if it was to help them. And Jane, ever the outspoken young girl, didn't hesitate to yell back at him. Clancy wished they would have gotten along - but it simply wasn't to be. Eventually it became too much and it came down to Belle choosing between her girls or Murdock, and she chose her girls.
Murdock left, and the three girls were on their own. Clancy, despite being only 14 at the time, really stepped up as the provider of the family. With Maribelle still being a bit too young, and Belle's resulting depression from Murdock leaving. The three of them kept zig-zagging across the country, but were eventually pursued by a group of hunters, with their leader sporting a mask and going under the name of Jaeger with his right hand man, the Samaritan. This group of hunters was ruthless, and efficient. Clancy worked in defense of her mother and sister whenever she could - but eventually it became too much for them all to handle, and during an attack by these hunters, Jane teleported the three of them to the middle of a bayou. They hid there, briefly, but once more Jaeger and his hunters tracked them down. They weren't sure how he managed this feat, but he did, with the Samaritan in tow. They chased the trio through the bayou, so deep that the trio lost their direction, and were cornered by the two masked hunters at the well, where the Samaritan shot Maribelle in the chest, causing her to fall backwards and down the well. Jaeger hurt Clancy and Belle, leaving them for dead. Belle, however, in all her pain and grief, managed to bring Clancy to the nearest hospital.
They survived, buried Maribelle, and then continued on their way. Eventually rolling into a town that was being ravaged by an unknown disease. Almost supernaturally so. Clancy decided to investigate while Belle rested one night, and stumbled into something far deeper than she could have imagined when she came face to face with a strange demon by the name Machlah. Machlah infected Clancy with a variety of disease, planning to kill her - but she managed to escape and flee to a hospital, being put in care under a Dr. Williamson, who managed to slow the progression of the diseases Clancy had become infected with - seeming to know what the source was. She got pretty attached to Dr. Williamson in her time in the hospital, but the good doctor always seemed to hold her at an arms length in any attempt she tried to make to get to know him
Clancy was terrified of dying, some of the diseases she had been infected with from a slash on her arm causing her skin to begin to be eaten away at or scab up. Dr. Williamson managed to slow the process, but what really saved Clancy's life what when singer Lucas Rhodes visited the hospital for a charity event due to the outbreaks. While he was speaking to Clancy, she began to seize. Her body was starting to fall apart at the seams despite Williamson's best efforts. In a split second reaction, Lucas fed her her blood - but he was just slightly too late, as Clancy died immediately after the blood was in her system.
She was dead for 3 hours, 10 minutes and 43 seconds. In that time period she was pronounced dead and moved into the morgue - but when she awoke suddenly, laying on a morgue slab, she was disoriented, terrified and...
There was Lucas Rhodes, leaning against the far table, ready to explain the whole thing. Clancy was a vampire now. A European Vampire, specifically. The prospect of being a Vampire was equally terrifying and interesting to Clancy - and she had to leave for a time with Lucas so she could come to an understanding with her new abilities, leaving little more than a phone message to her mother to explain what was happening - and that she would be coming back for her. Belle was distraught, but Clancy knew what she had to do for her mothers safety, going with her sire to get a grasp on her newfound abilities.
It took Clancy two years of work with Lucas before she had a solid grasp over her newfound powers that she felt confident enough to return to the world - and to her mother, who was more than happy to see her, as the two years of her being gone had been sad, lonely ones since Maribelle's death.
Belle and Clancy went back on the road again - now with Clancy actively hunting - and it was during these hunting adventures that Clancy came face to face with Jaeger and the Samaritan again. Now a creature they couldn't hope to match naturally, she killed Jaeger by cruching his mask into his head, and brawled with the Samaritan, finally ripping off his mask to reveal it was... her father.
There wasn't a flicker of recognition in his eyes. He was empty, manic. Gone. He wasn't the man she remembered, and despite her best efforts to get through to him, she failed. She tired to make herself put him down, even after he went on to assault Belle, but she couldn't manage it. Finally, the young vampire opted to shut off her emotions and improved a gas bomb, throwing it at Cecil and lighting him aflame, and then forcing Belle to leave as he burned to death.
She spent a few weeks with her emotions shut off before Belle finally drew the humanity out of her again, and then it all hit her. Another few weeks of sobbing and irresponsiveness, and she was finally on her feet again - working to come to terms with what she had done left the young vampire in rough shape. Luckily, with their hunters handled, Belle and Clancy took the chance to settle down again. Clancy even got to go to high school.
And she liked going to school so much, in fact, that she went more than once. Due to being frozen in her teenage years, she came to the realization that she likely wouldn't be able to enter the "adult world" in proper - and she was sort of fine with that. Life was a lot simpler if she lived it as an immortal drifter. Belle didn't have to supply for her much anyway - Clancy handled anything she needed for herself. Years passed, and years turned to decades. Clancy hadn't aged a day - but Belle... Belle did. She grew old, withered. Her hair lost its hue, and her mind lost its sharpness. Eventually she couldn't stand, and Clancy took to taking care of her with the help of a nurse.
Eventually came the Collapse, and Clancy made it her sole objective to take care of Belle when they both came out of the initial chaos unscathed and eventually came in contact with the Riley family. Simple enough folks, it seemed. Up until she learned they were all Fenrir. She didn't even need them to tell her, it became plainly obvious whenever they would distance themselves during full moons, or when they came back the next day smelling like dogs. It didn't matter to Clancy much, so long as all of them could work together and Belle was safe and sound.
And somewhere along the line she ended up going head over heels for someone she was nothing like. Josie was about the same age as her physically at least, and they got along very well. Josie seemed to put up with Clancy's oddities and quirks, and Clancy appreciated having someone to talk to who at least pretended to care about what she would babble on about besides her mother. They also connected plenty over music. It helped fill the mess that was their lives until the remaining powers managed to get back on their feet and reorganize.
Clancy wasn't sure where she fit into this new world until the rip was discovered and the reason behind it was told - with the most talented witches coming together to send people back to fix it. It was then that Clancy realized that was what she had to do. She needed to ensure that this was done, undo the damage that this god, Ayam, did. Fix the world, and she felt like the group they were sending back needed her brain for it - but she didn't want to go alone. She planned on bringing Belle, if simply to give her a comfortable end to her life, but she was hesitant to leave Josie behind.
So... she tried to sway her to come along - citing saving the world for the greater good, mixed in somewhere with the science nonsense that she felt like gave obvious padding to her argument that her girlfriend didn't even understand, but she said it anyway because she simply couldn't find out how to say that she didn't want to be alone. And she was selfishly relieved when Josie agreed to come with Clancy to fix the world, and felt no small amount of relief.
So she arrived in a time that was familiar, in a place she didn't know, with full intentions on saving Earth from the fate that would befall it in a matter of decades.

Revan let everything Lucy was saying hit her at once, and it felt like the feeling the Angel got when she was still powerful, when someone shot her with a shotgun. She felt terrible, like someone had punched her in the gut, or hit her with a baseball bat. She turned around and her hand went over her mouth, feeling like she was going to throw up. It was better that Lucy was dead than deserving this... No one deserved to be a ghost, the sad, sad existence.
Her throat tightened and tears began to well up, trying a hard as she could to keep from breaking down here on the floor.
She turned to Lucy, seemingly three shades paler, her hair not nearly as vibrant as it seemed to be three years ago, her grey eyes dulled to a shade of black. "Lucy... its 2013..." Revan hadn't been keeping track but she had counted three New Years celebrations since Lucy's death. Her hands went to her face and then back to her sides, her nails digging in to her palms until blood leaked down her fingers. "Three years.. I've counted. Three years I've slept alone in the bed. Three years I've drowned my sorrows I alcohol... Three years with my heart ripped from my chest without you here, Heaven and Earth becoming a living hell to me, leaving me with what options?" Revan wasn't going to lie, she had tried her hand at writing stories like Lucy, but that was the best poetry she could do, even if it was free verse.
Tears were dripping down her cheeks again now, and with the flick of her wrist the TV blinked to life and flicked to the news, where the date would be shown. "Everything I told you... Everything you thought I was crazy over, everything you would joke about... About me being an Angel was not a lie." Revan looked up at her again and then to the floor. "I m-missed you so... s-so much." Revan's legs stopped supporting her then and the pink haired woman fell on the floor, her head tilted down and her face in her hands, sobbing. She knew she shouldn't, but she felt as she did on the day of Lucy's death and funeral. Like all the life had been sucked out of her seeing the person she loved at this fate. But there was a part of Revan that was revived with this, the part of her that she had thought was buried with Lucy... Selfish as it may be to her, Revan was so, so happy Lucy was back.
