Personality: Skylar is a pretty kind-hearted person. He tries his best to show it, though some could argue. He has a tenancy to be a little cold in certain situations. Problem solving is a big part of who Skylar is. So when he is in that mode, he starts to get a little detached to stay focused on his goal. He isn't all work and no play though. Skylar is a huge social butterfly and he loves talking to people. People are what he's best with.
Skylar is an extremely protective person. When it comes to helping innocent people or his family, he gets very defensive. He sees himself as a protector of so many people and he takes pride in it. And when it comes to pride, Skylar has a lot of it, a little too much at times. Though he is prideful, he's good at admitting when he's in the wrong. Skylar is also a very charismatic man. He tends to take advantage of it from time to time, but it gets people to trust him a little easier.

History: When Skylar was born, his parents were young and couldn't afford to take care of him. He was dropped off at an orphanage when he was two months old. He always watched kids come and go, wondering if he would ever find his family. The day after his fourth birthday, Revlon and Quinn came into the orphanage and talked to him. From the very first moment he saw Revlon, he was in love with her in the maternal sense. He always wanted to be with her and keep her happy. Although he favored Revlon, he still had a great love for Quinn as well. Revlon and Quinn had already adopted an older girl before they added him to the family. Evanna was his blood in his eyes. He immediately looked up to her. His new family made him feel like he had always been loved.
As Skylar got older, his abilities hit all at once. It scared him but he knew he had to get it under control. Revlon helped calm down enough to show him a few ways to figure out his power. His family helped him learn his limits and strengths. Is grandmother, Kenzie, helped him with magic on the side. He fancied magic quite and bit so he started to learn as much as he could. When he turned thirteen, he had a bit of experience with his abilities. He was standing outside of a little Diner while he was waiting for Evanna to meet him. A man with black eyes walked up and tried to take off with him. Luckily, Revan appeared and shoved her angelblade through the demon, killing it. He was so confused and terrified at the sight of the creature. His mothers had told him to be careful but he obviously wasn't prepared. Revan took Skylar under her wing (;D) and begin teaching him demon combat. She taught him combat for years. He become very strong in fighting against demons.
Skylar's mind had grown completely by the time he hit twenty-one. At this point he thrives in magic, combat, and his abilities. His love for magic doesn't consume him but he does get sucked in quite a bit. His protective side is always up when he is around Revlon. He keeps an eye out and always makes sure he can keep her happy. His revolves around Revlon. Skylar is smart so he knows when he is needed or when he needs to take a break. He goes with what needs to be done and doesn't ask questions about it.

*He looks down at her and then back to the water* “Yeah, because you like being praised.”
*She raises her eyebrows a little and slowly nods* “This is true. No point in denying it.”
*Brandon just shakes his head and relaxes*
You love it though.” *She says, watching as the sun starts to set and they just relax for the rest of the evening and enjoy the scene in front of them*
