History: Laviel is well known in Heaven as a Laver of God. Meaning he smites the wicked and promotes the good, acting like the balance to your Ying and Yang. He is one of the rare few Angels recorded in the bible. Once in Genesis, where he and another angel approached Lots home and told them to flee from, Sodom and Gomorrah. A crowd of wicked men surrounded Lot's home to do bad unto them, the two angels stretched their arms and struck the crowd with blindness. The second time his actions were recorded was in Exodus. When he stood by the shoreline as a guide for Moses as he lead the Israelites to their freedom. Laviel has always been an obedient son, putting every ounce of faith and love into his father and siblings. He followed orders without much question and put Heaven's priorities above all else. Through the many, many thousands of years, Laviel proved himself to be a valuable soldier against Hell. Having smote many demons and saved many human lives, per the order of the Host. During the Fall of Lucifer, Laviel took to the side of Michael in his predicament. Clearly seeing the true colors of his older sibling he greatly supported Michael's plan to cast him out of heaven and into the cage. When the apocalypse eventually came, he stuck to his gut and followed through the plans.. Even after knowing the hosts plans to release Lucifer once again... He was saddened that his family had seemed to loose sight of their father's plan. Even with God MIA, Laviel believed it was for a good reason, and never stopped to debate whether God was ever going to return.
These loyalties later on caused a great struggle in Heaven. The Winchesters, who Laviel had heard so much about, slammed the Devil back into the 'box.' This was when he began to wonder.
Then his brother, Castiel waged a civil war in Heaven. It became a new Armageddon between his angels and Raphael's. Laviel always held a great respect for, Castiel. Since the time of Creation, surely they fought together, served. One point he actually confided into him for advise. That's one of the many things he always admired about, Cass. Nevertheless he knew where his loyalties were.. So he believed were with God. He fought during the civil war. He fled heaven once Castiel later returned, powered by the souls of purgatory. None has really seen him around since. Until now.

RP Sample: Glorified white Light, gusts of wind, cloudy overcast and a feeling of divine Inspiration washed over the hunter known as, Castor Sterling. Before him stood a well dressed figure, well groomed with a stature of 6'1. Surrounding him was a glow, an aura of divine integrity, a shadow overlapping the shed behind him, wings extending across his shoulder blades, sticking to the nearby surfaces. Lo, a roaring thunder came aloud and coated the area with an azure glow. The Angel began to approach him one step at a time with an eerie monotone.
Castor's eyes widened up as his heart had sank to his gut. It almost seemed like he was speechless, motionless without the ability to comprehend what he was witnessing.. Now even for a hunter this was... big and off the rail. "W-what?"
The angel stopped a few feet of him with a scroll in his right hand. "Castor. Now is the time and hour for your moment of Revalation."
Castor choked on his own tongue for what seemed to be an eternity before responding. "W-what? An angel???" He almost coughed out his response... it truly seemed as if every word needed to be pushed and forced into the direction of this entity.
The angel merely nodded as the azure glow slowly descended and the storm above came to a subtle halt, the shadow behind the figure slowly enclosed and faded into the darkness. "Yes, I'm an angel of God. Do not be afraid for I am here to declare unto you a message."
"What kind of a message?" He questioned in retaliation before reaching to catch his own weight onto a rail to his right side. His breathing intensified as if he were going into a fluctate moment of anxiety. This was strange.. even for the hunter. Having seen and battled many beings of the Supernatural world.. Yet this somehow phased him. He soon found himself feeling something else... unexplained... yet comfort.
"You are aware that the time is near? The end of these wicked days, the days to put to slumber." He said, staring deep into his soul studying him closely.
"The apocalypse?? That's real?" Castor could only seem to guess. Using the memories of scripture he'd read as a child many years ago.
"I'm glad to hear you indeed have read the scripture as I've been informed. We have work for you to do. Worry not. If it's true that you are a believer and follow our guidance very precise. You will be saved."
"I... How can this be?? I am a man of many sins.. I am far from the type of guy deserving to be saved."
"I think your problem is do to a lack of faith."
"Hard to have faith when you learn the world is full of monsters and so much evil.. Especially when you seem to fight it blind, never a certainty."
"Consider this message a certainty for you." He reached out and tossed the scroll to him.
"What is this?" Castor said, glancing down at it, slowly beginning to unroll it."
"Read it not. The time to know is soon but not quite this moment. You will know when it's time." He turned and began to walk away to where he appeared from. "We'll meet again soon."
"Hold on!" Castor yelled. "What is your name? Who are you?"
"Why must you know my name?" He paused and turned briefly. "Laviel, the Laver of God." He spoke before continuing his path, dissapearing in the blink of an eye once he reached his original entry.
This goes to show the world after all one might've seen is still full of mysteries and wonder.. The line between the Normal and Super-normal continued to expand further apart.
