Emily had a short life.
She was born in to a loving family, her mother an artist and her father a buisiness man. They had just started their lives together and were oh so proud of their youn, smart, loveable girl. Emily was always the pride of her mothers life, she was treated well. Every day she spent with her mother, Emily was so deeply attatched to the woman, one could only imagine how hard it hit Patricia when she died.
It happened too fast for anyone to help her. On a family reunion, Emily and her mother were sitting on her grandfathers boat as they went across the lake. She was so insistant on standing at the front of the ship with her cousin. All it took was one larger wave.
Emily and her cousin tumbled in to the sea, her cousin was fine, but the boat struck Emily over the head when she came up and she sunk down. She drowned. Soon after, Emily's parents were approached. Her kidney was a match to that of another dying girl in aanother state. Of course they agreed, in no real place to argue. Soon after her funeral, her Mother took her own life with the misery it caused her. Her father was left alone then.
And then she awoke in to a new existance, after running away from an odd man in a suit, Emily met a girl named Abigail. She couldn't seem to go very far from her, now having been bounded to her. This was before she began her decent in to every Ghosts endpoint of madness, where she was Abigails best friend. They would stay up every night in Abigails child years playing... But then she got older. After a few more organ transplants, Emily noticed she was not the only one attatched to Abigail, but never spoke up about it as the other ghosts frightened her slightly. And then as Abigail aged, she began ignoring Emily, pushing her away. She felt so alone in the world and so angry that she simply... snapped. Emily maintained her personality, but her need for attention dominated her. She DEMANDED that Abigail paid attention t her, and if she did not she was going to kill her little sister. She tried, and was stopped by Samantha.
Emily simply existed after that. Abigail would aknowledge her presence more than she used to, and it kept her sated most of the time. When she was convicted of a murer caused by Ted, Emily and Samantha were the two to help her escape on the terms that she give Emily play time - Emily killed a man that night. Since then, the youn girl has been kept under wraps by magic, or by Zee learning how to contain her with giving her the attention she oh so needs.

Revan let everything Lucy was saying hit her at once, and it felt like the feeling the Angel got when she was still powerful, when someone shot her with a shotgun. She felt terrible, like someone had punched her in the gut, or hit her with a baseball bat. She turned around and her hand went over her mouth, feeling like she was going to throw up. It was better that Lucy was dead than deserving this... No one deserved to be a ghost, the sad, sad existence.
Her throat tightened and tears began to well up, trying a hard as she could to keep from breaking down here on the floor.
She turned to Lucy, seemingly three shades paler, her hair not nearly as vibrant as it seemed to be three years ago, her grey eyes dulled to a shade of black. "Lucy... its 2013..." Revan hadn't been keeping track but she had counted three New Years celebrations since Lucy's death. Her hands went to her face and then back to her sides, her nails digging in to her palms until blood leaked down her fingers. "Three years.. I've counted. Three years I've slept alone in the bed. Three years I've drowned my sorrows I alcohol... Three years with my heart ripped from my chest without you here, Heaven and Earth becoming a living hell to me, leaving me with what options?" Revan wasn't going to lie, she had tried her hand at writing stories like Lucy, but that was the best poetry she could do, even if it was free verse.
Tears were dripping down her cheeks again now, and with the flick of her wrist the TV blinked to life and flicked to the news, where the date would be shown. "Everything I told you... Everything you thought I was crazy over, everything you would joke about... About me being an Angel was not a lie." Revan looked up at her again and then to the floor. "I m-missed you so... s-so much." Revan's legs stopped supporting her then and the pink haired woman fell on the floor, her head tilted down and her face in her hands, sobbing. She knew she shouldn't, but she felt as she did on the day of Lucy's death and funeral. Like all the life had been sucked out of her seeing the person she loved at this fate. But there was a part of Revan that was revived with this, the part of her that she had thought was buried with Lucy... Selfish as it may be to her, Revan was so, so happy Lucy was back.
