Abilities
Animated Art - Sully has the ability to paint or draw things and bring them to life. Doing so requires some sort of DNA contact with the canvas... either finger-painting, using paints with a few drops of her blood, saliva, tears, etc., or painting with brushes made with her own hair. Whatever she paints will act just as a normal item of that type. For example, if she draws an apple, it can be eaten. If she draws a puppy, it can bark and wag its tail and play fetch. It will look just as she draws it but will function as normal. Her creations can be destroyed by destroying the DNA that helps make up the drawing... burning, bleach, etc.
Electricity Manipulation - Sully can create, shape and manipulate electricity, a form of energy resulting from the existence of charged particles (such as electrons or protons) which give the user control over electric fields, electric charges, electric currents, electronics, and electromagnetism. This ability can be applied in the following ways:

Personality: Sully is the bashful, quiet type who likes everything to go smoothly. She can be a bit of a pushover and is easily manipulated because she wants everyone around her to be happy. However, in spite of all of this, she knows that the mission of the team comes first. Sully follows Ethan blindly and without question and she expects everyone around her to do the same. She will not hesitate to step up and do what is asked to be done of her. If someone else on her team is insubordinate, they may be subject to a lecture or a quick 'talking to' from her. She's a bit of a 'teacher's pet'.
Sully absolutely loves art in any form, whether she's creating it herself or admiring the work of someone else. She draws inspiration from almost anything but mostly from the people around her. Sully likes being around people who make her laugh or smile, which is likely why she spends so much time with Jake and Marybeth. She loves people but doesn't particularly like being the center of attention so usually she will sit quietly in a crowded room and only speaks up when she is addressed or she feels strongly that something needs to be said.

History:
Sully was doted on heavily by her parents growing up, particularly her father, who felt that he had to make up for every terrible parent he had ever had by being a much better one himself. He was incredibly attentive and from a young age he taught her everything he knew about how to survive on her own.. this meant being stealthy, picking pockets, and how to properly use a knife for maximum results. This also included sharing his love of art with her... something she developed a huge interest in. It was her level-headed mother who kept her grounded, teaching her about the more common everyday things that she felt a woman should know. Thanks to the balance provided by the two of them, she managed to maintain a fairly well-rounded lifestyle.
The Brennans and the Sullivans were a close-knit group growing up due to their parents being such good friends. Because of this, she developed a close bond of friendship with Jake and Ethan from early on, particularly Jake. She developed a pretty huge crush on Ethan to the point where she may or may not have doodled 'Mrs. Sully Sullivan' on random surfaces. Of course, people just assumed that the 'Sullivan' mentioned was Jake due to the fact that the two of them spent so much time together and Sully, being too shy to reveal her feelings for Ethan, never really bothered to correct anyone. This may or may not have led to Jake's father making him give her a rose on Valentine's Day one year when they were young. It was an awkward time for both of them.
Sully was fourteen when she first developed her abilities. She had developed a friendship with Marybeth Winchester and the two girls were having a gossip-fest... talking about boys and sharing their big secrets (well, some of their big secrets, anyway). The talk ended in a hug that left Marybeth on the floor unconscious after an electric charge from Sully gave her a severe shock. Sully barely left her best friend's bedside the entire time she was in the infirmary and when Marybeth finally awoke, she felt she couldn't apologize enough for what she had done.
Her artistic ability developed during that time as well. While sitting in the room waiting for her friend to awaken, Sully sat with her sketchpad and started to draw a couple of dancing butterflies among a small group of flowers. She reached over to take a rose from one of the floral arrangements that had been left by one of MB's visitors to get a closer look at the details of the flower. In doing so, she was pricked by one of the thorns, causing a drop of her blood to fall on one of the butterflies. Imagine her surprise when the creature rose up off the page, its wing tinged with a tiny spot of red as it fluttered up off the page and around the room before disappearing out the window...
When Micah and Luke were taken it was absolutely devastating for her. Her dad meant everything to her but she still did her best to be strong in order to help her mother and her friends Jake and Ethan through it. The night it happened, Sully had gone to Ethan's office to check on him and offer him comfort and mutual support. In their grief, one thing led to another and the two of them shared an intimate moment which meant a lot more to her than it did to him. This event only served to strengthen her feelings for him, but in the meantime the severity of the loss of his father had turned Ethan cold and serious. She never admitted to him that it wasn't just sex to her and therefore never made him aware of her heartbreak when it became clear that the encounter had been meaningless. Still, when he took over the reigns of leadership, she followed him without question, not only because she wanted to do what was right but because she was eager to please him.
Then the day came when the school was under heavy attack by militia forces. Her friends and schoolmates were falling or being taken all around her but she did everything she could to make it to the lobby, to meet up with the others. It was absolute chaos around her and she was just about to lose it mentally, having absolutely no patience for things getting so out of control, when suddenly everything was quiet as the group found themselves in the middle of some random forest...

RP Sample: The sky was darkening as the RV bounced roughly along an annoyingly bumpy road, which was quite frustrating for Kennedy and her guild-mates, who were trying to enjoy a pretty standard game of Betrayal at House on the Hill. The eight dice that were laid out on the table jumped around a bit and the room tiles that made up the game board or, in the case of this game, the layout of the haunted house, were shaking and moving and becoming annoyingly jumbled and Kennedy had to keep putting everything back in its proper place. "Ugh, COME ON!" she growled as the 'bloody room' tile jumped ship and fell to the floor. She sighed, leaning down to pick it up, but as she did so, she caught sight of something strange on the television.
Nobody had been really watching it... it had just been left on from earlier and was providing background noise that none of them were really even paying attention to. Right now it was set on some entertainment gossip show like ET or TMZ or something equally stupid in Kennedy's mind. The story that was being aired was one that everyone in the country had been hearing about non-stop. Justin Bieber and his arrest and alleged drug problems. She didn't understand why the media couldn't get it through their thick skulls that these teen stars didn't care about how they got their attention... as long as they got their attention. She was just about to reach for the remote to turn it off when she saw it, freezing in place, her eyes going wide.
"Uh... guys, did you see that?" She nodded toward the television where they were showing clips of Bieber being released from custody. And then he turned in the direction of the camera... and there it was. Just like that. Retinal lens flare in the camera. She looked around at her friends, her eyebrows raised. "Did you guys just see what I saw?"
