Info So Far: Walter is father to Pierce, who is currently one of the students in Zeppelin High. He’s a very wealthy man and supplies a lot of things for the school, including salaries. In some ways it’s like he owns the school. He is the co-producer of the hit series Big Brother that started up in Zeppelin recently. Currently he is seeing Vivienne, who is Autumn’s mother. She is the first woman he’s begun to see since the disappearance of his wife.
He's a very ambitious man and has plans to become the new mayor of Zeppelin City. He thinks Dean doesn't know his ass from a hole in the ground and someone with actual experience needs to take office. He comes across as very patriotic and loves Zeppelin City and it's people. He's smart and focused, going after what he wants. Of course Walter can be pretty shady behind the scenes and covers his own ass with lies.
