Likes (At Least 3):
❤ Orders he deems "Not trivial or stupid", he dislikes being sent on errands unless he knows that they are very important to his owner, he'll handle it, he'll just make sure you know he could be doing better things.
❤ Being useful
❤ Fighting, it is what he was made to do, after all
Dislikes (At Least 3):
✗ Lack of orders to follow, it makes him feel lost
✗ Reattaching limbs, its uncomfortable. While little can actually do this to a Golem without much luck, power, and possibly patience, it has happened to him in the past and he finds it very uncomfortable to handle when he has to reattach his limbs
✗ Germans
Fears (At Least 2):
☬ Failure
☬ Being used for evil purposes
Goals (At Least 1):
★ Serve Tristan to the best of his ability, as he was commanded by his previous Rabbi
Personality:
Golems are not born with personalities of their own. They also are not initially born with emotions, instead, they develop them over time as they spend it with their owners. Shale's first owners traits are apparent in him, while his other owners such as his creators wife and their son are slightly less apparent. Shale learned from his creator to be friendly with his children, and this shows still when the large beast of a man can occasionally be found playing with children he meets, he also picked up on his creators stubborn nature and as time passed, this amplified in Shale. He is not known to surrender unless ordered to, and he does not know how to hold back unless told to.
For his creators wife, he learned to be persistent and focused on an objective, while he was already considering his origins, this woman was singlehandedly the most determined person Shale has ever met in his existence and that rubbed off on him. He also learned from her when it is time to say goodbye when he finally left her, and from that, Shale learned how sadness felt, though that was the only time he has felt it since.
And finally from his previous owner before Tristan, Shale learned acceptance. He learned how to accept life's misfortunes and turn them around, how to see everyone as equals in the world and that everyone plays a part, that everything happens for a reason.
Traits
✧ Almost Fearless
✧ Focused
✧ Absolute Loyalty
Negatives (At Least 3):

✦ Argumentative
✦ Destructive, he has a tendency to break things he decides to tinker with due to his strength and sheer size

History:
Shale was created in the time of the Holocaust to protect and fight for the Jewish people. His "Rabbi", a young man who discovered how to create a Golem protector, made him in order to protect his family from the Nazi Agenda. The family moved from town to town across Europe, and in each town they would remain for only a night while Shale would stand guard over his creator and his family. This went on for quite some time until the family was finally captured by the Nazi Reich, Shale's creator was killed. He did not surrender however, he did as he was made for and fulfilled his purpose - protecting his creators family at any cost. With his creators wife and children imprisoned, he charged to their rescue and managed to save them only just in time to crush the skull of a Nazi officer with his powerful hands. His creators wife took charge of him then, though she was not officially his owner, he felt obligated to follow the family and protect them.
They survived, only barely. Once the family had found a stable home after the war, Shale remained for a few years after that. The protector of his creators family until the day his wife passed away, and his oldest son soon followed, dying at the age of 34 from cancer. The son of the son, however; vanished, and Shale was left with no children to be passed on to. He was given free will... and he disliked that, living without a purpose. He sought out the oldest's sister but was unable to find her either, with their mother and grandmother dead, he had no one to seek out to find the children. It was... frustrating, to say the least.
Eventually, Shale finally located the grandson of his creator. Now an older man in a bad situation who had to live on the streets, moving from place to place. Shale went to him and sat beside him, greeting him like an old friend. The son smiled at him, he remembered Shale and all the things his father had taught him of the Golem as a child - and that was the day that he was given a purpose again. The man was close friends with a rather successful singer - Tristan Michaels. Shale liked Tristan greatly due to this, often expressing his approval in the man being his new owners friend while keeping his nature secret to him.
Eventually though, he outlived his owner, just like all the ones before him. His owner died and Shale buried him - but not before he gave Shale one final order: He was to pass his ownership on to Tristan, guide him through the process of taking the ownership, and then protect him and all he owned and loved at any cost.
Shale then appeared on Tristan's doorstep one day, telling him what his deceased owner ordered him to do: He was to pass on his ownership to Tristan should the man accept it. He did, and Shale informed him of the process he must go through to fully "own" him, involving the scroll.
Since then, Shale has loyaly followed Tristan and his band for nearly two years, working as a body guard and assisting them in hunting - honestly, who is going to question a 7+ feet tall man following you around?

Revan let everything Lucy was saying hit her at once, and it felt like the feeling the Angel got when she was still powerful, when someone shot her with a shotgun. She felt terrible, like someone had punched her in the gut, or hit her with a baseball bat. She turned around and her hand went over her mouth, feeling like she was going to throw up. It was better that Lucy was dead than deserving this... No one deserved to be a ghost, the sad, sad existence.
Her throat tightened and tears began to well up, trying a hard as she could to keep from breaking down here on the floor.
She turned to Lucy, seemingly three shades paler, her hair not nearly as vibrant as it seemed to be three years ago, her grey eyes dulled to a shade of black. "Lucy... its 2013..." Revan hadn't been keeping track but she had counted three New Years celebrations since Lucy's death. Her hands went to her face and then back to her sides, her nails digging in to her palms until blood leaked down her fingers. "Three years.. I've counted. Three years I've slept alone in the bed. Three years I've drowned my sorrows I alcohol... Three years with my heart ripped from my chest without you here, Heaven and Earth becoming a living hell to me, leaving me with what options?" Revan wasn't going to lie, she had tried her hand at writing stories like Lucy, but that was the best poetry she could do, even if it was free verse.
Tears were dripping down her cheeks again now, and with the flick of her wrist the TV blinked to life and flicked to the news, where the date would be shown. "Everything I told you... Everything you thought I was crazy over, everything you would joke about... About me being an Angel was not a lie." Revan looked up at her again and then to the floor. "I m-missed you so... s-so much." Revan's legs stopped supporting her then and the pink haired woman fell on the floor, her head tilted down and her face in her hands, sobbing. She knew she shouldn't, but she felt as she did on the day of Lucy's death and funeral. Like all the life had been sucked out of her seeing the person she loved at this fate. But there was a part of Revan that was revived with this, the part of her that she had thought was buried with Lucy... Selfish as it may be to her, Revan was so, so happy Lucy was back.
