Personality:
Evan is a very polite man usually, and he isn't afraid to use his disability to his advantage with the ladies. He loves the silence and has traveled out to the Bayou alone to just sit in the wilderness and enjoy the peace of nature or to read. He doesn't like people thinking he can't do anything just because he is blind, but it's only if it's something people assume he can't do that him being blind has nothing to do with... He likes music a lot, soft stuff mostly and plays the guitar to relax himself and remember the times he had with Byron.
He's a vigilante so he obviously wants justice, he just knows the justice system doesn't always get it right. He has trained himself quite well over the years with help from Cecil and thanks to his abilities that seemed to grow and grow over the years, he is actually a very deadly weapon.

History:
Evan was born to Alissa and Michael Sullivan in Jacksonville Florida. It was a great family, his parents both were in the medical field as his father was a doctor and his mother was a nurse. His uncle was a lead guitarist for a cool band and his aunt was even a well paid photographer for a big named magazine. If you sported the name Sullivan, people said you would be going places. The pressure on Evan to become someone great was heavy on his shoulders, even when he was as young as six and seven years old. He wasn't a kid that would go outside a play really, he was stuck in doors studying and it was a habit he wouldn't soon forget. His father, Michael, began to teach Evan things at the age of seven that he'd need to know eventually if he was going to take a career following medicine. He lived in a very strict, but loving atmospheric life until he was nine years old.
On April 15th 2000, Evan's mother and father were both killed by a man in a hospital who had gotten stabbed and rushed to the ER. The man was known as Jeremy Malone and he was a big time gang leader who handled processing drugs, sex trafficking, and illegal immigrant businesses. When he came to in the hospital he snapped and shot many people around him, killing nine, before escaping and never being seen again.
After the tragic event, Evan was sent to live with his Aunt Michelle. Michelle was seemingly a kind family member wanting to help her nephew but as time would soon tell, this was not true. Evan relocated to a whole new school and life when he moved in with her and as result he began to have trouble in school. The trouble wasn't only academic but it was also behavioral and it got to the point where he was lying all the time, stealing, among other things. Michelle just couldn't have this so one night as he slept the woman crept into his room and poured some kind of toxic liquid into the boy's eyes. He screamed in pain but no one heard him, he managed to see her before it happened and when he tried to tell that it was her that did this to him, no one would listen as he was just seen as a problematic child seeking attention. Evan was put into a psychiatric home that was centered on young kids and teens and Michelle had already got her greedy little paws on any insurance money and inheritance left by Evan's parents for him, so she was done with him and decided she would let him rot in the home.
Evan had become blinded because of the liquid and it was never known if he could ever see again. Evan lived there at the special home until eventually being shipped to a different place, a psychiatric hospital where the workers treated all of the patients poorly. Knowing he was not crazy Evan took off at the age of ten, escaping the psychiatric hospital and finding himself living on the road. He was blind and now had to learn how to fend for himself, but due to his special abilities he was able to see in another way, which left him with a better chance of surviving.
He left Florida and found himself in a new state and city, New Orleans Louisiana. Life was hard on Evan but he managed to get by somehow in this crazy new city. He could of left to find somewhere new but there was something about the city that made him feel at peace, like anything could happen. His first week was the hardest but once that was over he met a man named Byron James, a aspiring musician who would play on the streets for money. It was because of this man that Evan was able to live. He taught Evan how to play the guitar and how to sing in tune and on pitch, and also how to get himself quick cash in the scary city of New Orleans.
The two stayed together for sometime until one night a group of thugs found where Byron and Evan were in an alley and attacked. It turned out that Byron owed their boss money and he failed to pay up... The sad thing was that it was money that he had borrowed in order to take care of Evan. Two men held the blind child down as another beat Byron to a bloody pulp. Evan screamed for them to leave him alone, that they would get their money but suddenly all of the commotion stopped as a gun shot rung through the alley. The two men threw Evan into the pavement before walking off with the third. Evan drug himself closer to where Byron was and as he moved, he found himself laying in the blood of the man who had been like a father to him. It was that night, that Evan decided he wanted to make people like them pay.
It was in the year of 2005, Evan had just freshly turned fourteen years old when he encountered two people stopping a mugging in the alley where he was staying. He was hiding under a box until he heard the commotion of the burglars being beaten and as the two who stopped them left the scene he decided to follow them. The two hadn't noticed their young audience and when he arrived at their base behind them he was immediately attacked by the crew. Not knowing what he had gotten himself into, he thought he was going to die until an older man put a stop to it. His name was The Keeper, and apparently this was the boss of the people who stopped the mugging earlier in the alley. Impressed with Evan's ability to follow both The Princess and Cecil without being noticed right away and for him to move so easily being blinded, The Keeper decided that he would keep the kid around.
As time went on a little further Evan's abilities were finally shown and that just seemed to please Keeper more, and before he knew it Evan found himself being trained as a vigilante. With enough back bone top continue due to the things that happened to him in the past, he had no problem with the extensive training he was put through by various members of the group. Cecil eventually, willingly or not grew close to Evan and for the third time in his life, Evan felt like he had a father. As time went on he even decided to change his name to Arkwright instead of the birth given name that held him up so high on a pedestal.

Dean watched as the young blonde suddenly stood up and held out her hand. She was leaving? Dean couldn't help but feel a bit of disappointment. Little did he know the blonde thought Dean was trying to get rid of her even though that was not his intentions. He also stood and took her hand shaking it lightly but firmly, the electrical shock he felt earlier not as strong as the first time. When she leaned over and kissed his cheek it took him a little off guard. Her warm yet moist lips sent a feeling much stronger then the electrical shocks he felt earlier every time they made slight contact. What was it about this girl?.... It was something very different, he felt an almost... pull to her like she was a magnet and he was just a fine piece of metal. Again, his mind blamed it on the fact that he was in Purgatory for a year and this was really the first time he had been with a girl alone in quite sometime.
Dean took her phone and put the number in, all the while realizing that she would probably never call. He knew better then anyone that you don't give the person your number you get theirs. He handed her the phone and their fingers brushed against each other. She put the phone back in her bag.
"Thank you again,"
As she looked at him, their eyes met once again, gazing into one another's for a split moment before a small sigh escaped her lips. Before Dean could ask what was wrong a knock and a small voice came from outside the door.
"Housekeeping!"
Dean immediately furrowed his eyebrows. What the hell was housekeeping coming around at this time? It wasn't right, and Dean knew it. He had been living in motels forever, it wasn't time for this. Not only that, but Dean had specifically asked to keep housekeeping away until after he was done with the room, just something he started doing just in case he planned on staying a while. Dean went to grab Bethany's arm as she turned to open the door but wasn't quick enough.
"Wait, don't- - "
Beth opened the door and there stood a rather small middle aged woman with with black hair pulled into a pony-tail and a light blue cleaning uniform. Dean's eyebrows stayed furrowed as he looked at the woman but her words sent a shier down his spine and blood pumping his heart even faster.
"Hello, Bethany,"
The woman's eyes turned coal black and her cold, devilish half-smile sent another shiver down Dean's spine when suddenly Beth was sent flying into the wall. The demon sped in, the door slamming behind her. It was if she didn't notice Dean, that she didn't even care that he was standing there as her glare stayed hooked on Bethany who was now being pinned to the wall with telekinesis. As she was being held there a coat hook stabbed through the poor girl's left shoulder.
Dean's index finger on his right hand twitched as he stood there for a second. Before long the Winchester was moving and pulling out a canteen of holy water from under his pillow. Thankfully back when he got the credit cards Dean also got the basics, salt, holy water, borax, the works. He quickly spun around a toss a bit at the demon, making her grab at her face and scream as she steamed. Thanks to the sudden pain, the demon's hold on Bethany was gone and she fell to the floor. Dean quickly sprinkled more on the demon and moved in front of the door.
The woman stood there, her hands covering her face as she was bent over and looking down. She slowly lifted her head and pulled her hands away. Her eyes going wide and the pitch black being even more visible.
"Dean Winchester?!"
The demon shrieked and as she went to quickly leave the body Dean kicked with full force and she was pushed back, falling on a rug set up at the foot of the bed. She looked up quickly at the ceiling seeing nothing and frowned, trying to leave again but when she couldn't her eyes shot to Dean. Dean walked over slowly and smirked, lifting up the corner of the rug revealing a devils trap. He spoke in a low and cocky tone.
"Got you, bitch."
The demon squinted her eyes and tilted her head as Dean got up and rushed over to Beth.
"You..... I heard you were gone, everyone did. How are you here?"
Dean ignored the demon and squatted to Bethany's side, his eyes full of concern. He looked at her and upon seeing her injury he quickly wrapped his arm around her and helped her up.
"Don't worry... You'll be okay... I'll fix you up."
Dean walked her over to the bed and sat her down, ways away from the demon. After looking at her wound again, he looked into her eyes.
"Hang in there..."
Dean turned around and walked up to the demon, standing right outside of the devil's trap.
"What the hell are you doing here?" He nodded back at Beth. "What do you want from her?"
"Not going to make me talk, Winchester." The demon shook her head and smirked.
"Yeah?" Dean raised his eyebrows as he splashed more water in her face causing her to hiss. "Sure about that?"
The demon decided not to respond and Dean's anger and disgust took over.
"Fine. " Dean looked down at her, his glare latched onto her and not going anywhere. "Exorcizamus te, omnis immundus spiritus, omnis satanica potestas, omnis incursio infernalis adversarii, omnis legio, omnis congregatio et secta diabolica."
They'll love to know you are back!" The demon growled at Dean, causing him to pause a moment. "Yeah, well tell them I sent you." Dean paused again with a slight smirk and then he finished the exorcism. "Ergo, draco maledicte. Excclesiam tuam securi tibi facias libertate servire, te rogamus, audi nos."
A cloud of black smoke came spewing violently from the woman's mouth and when down through the floor. Dean took a breath and quickly turned around to see Beth. He swallowed and walked quickly back over to Beth, sitting on the bed next to her.
"I..... should patch you up now."
The body of the woman laid there, not moving as she was gone. Dean reached over to the nightstand, bending over Beth slightly and pulling open the drawer revealing some medical equipment.
Dean took her phone and put the number in, all the while realizing that she would probably never call. He knew better then anyone that you don't give the person your number you get theirs. He handed her the phone and their fingers brushed against each other. She put the phone back in her bag.
