Iblis' Plotter

Though often scoffed at for his methods, Iblis is a highly respected demon in Hell. n the high end spectrum of Black Eyes, Iblis can't peg where exactly in history he came from any longer. What is for certain is that the Demon's career really took off in the Middle East where he became known as the Quarra's depiction of Satan in many stories after ravaging the population of the area for centuries. When he was finally pulled out of it by another Demon who believed Iblis could do so much more, he bean focusing his energies elsewhere. He's done a bit of everything, he's been a lackey, worked on The Racks, you name it - but now he has become Hell's premier hitman. When another demon needs a Hunter dead, Iblis is often on the top list of candidates with his team of specialists. Recently, after betraying Crowley in an attempt to gain the Princes favor, his operation has taken a hit in the Zeppelin City area. He intends to rectify that.
