YOU ARE A TIGER RAISED BY LAMBS YOU WERE BORN TO BE MAGNIFICENT YOU ARE THE VESSEL OF A GOD
| This night was delicious. A happy little purr sounded from her throat as some random man ran his hands around her waist, snaking his way up to her shoulders. They were in the club bathroom, door locked because this poor sap problem assumed that he was getting some and didn’t want any interruptions. Though, she didn’t mind that he’d locked the door, since she would have done the same as soon as she started in on eating him. Seducing him was easy. She looked at him, he looked at her, he wanted to have sex with her, she was his type, and so when she leaned in close to him, whispering all sorts of naughty things in his ears, he stood and followed her to bathroom. The man pulled her in close and started kissing her neck, trying to pull her dress up, desperately moving his hands up towards her panties. It was gross, really, how primitive humans were. No romance at all. Grabbing the man roughly, and spinning him around until his back was against the wall, Sol smirked at him, her fingers running across the stubble on his cheeks.
“Now, be a good boy, and don’t scream too loud,” she pulled his hands from her body and raised them above his head, and leaned in to his throat. Her fingers trailed down his neck, resting on it, and in his mind the man thought some incredibly vivid things, though none of them included what she was about to do to him. The images made her smirk, and she tightened her grip around his throat, quickly snapping his neck with little resistance. As the limp body fell to the floor, she licked her lips and then moved over to double check the lock. Of course she could have just ripped out her jugular with his teeth, but that was far messier. Plus, he'd probably yell or something, as one does when their skin is being slurped off their bones; so, knocking him out was easier. Eating him was quick, the clean up afterwards was what really took the time. After she finished stuffing his clothes into a garbage can, straightening her dress, picking little bits of human from her teeth, re-applying her lipstick and running fingers through her hair, Sol was ready to move on to her next victim.
Her heels clicked on the ground as she made her way out of the bathroom and back towards the main room of the club. No doubt some nookie was probably going on in the private rooms, but that didn't interest her. Practically floating through the club, tan and slender, her body firm and her dress just sexy enough to draw attention to her person, Sol parted the seas of disgusting humans like fucking Moses. That almost made her laugh out loud. Whatever she wore, Sol attracted attention. Something about her just made people feel good. That was one of the perks of being a Siren, the ability to just know what people needed to make them feel comfortable. Or aroused, when that benefited her. Her green blue eyes narrowed on the muscular form of Darius, and a wider smile painted itself across her features. As far as companions went, no one pleased her more than him. There was a darkness around him that made an excited shiver run up her spine, a certain demonic glint in his eyes that was far too fitting. She straightened her walk a bit and wandered over to the bar, slipping onto a bar stool and nodding towards the bartender.
The bartender responded like a well trained dog, eagerly trying to please it's master. Sol made a face as the man obviously ran his eyes across her frame and exited herself out of his mind. She didn't need to see the man's thoughts to understand what he was thinking about. Solveigh considered herself to be in a monogamous relationship with Darius. And her prey of course. There was a lot of romance in being a predator. "Whiskey, on the rocks," she demanded from the bar tender and lashed Darius a gleaming white smile as the man moved away. "Hello, love."

The club scene had always been one of Darius’ favorites for a number of reasons. It was loud, usually packed and people rarely paid attention to anything but themselves and whoever they happened to be there with, if anyone. Of course the crossroads demon didn’t like to be amongst the humans for longer than was necessary, but places like this made it easy to have a private conversation with a potential client…or plaything…and not be overheard. Then if he just happens to leave with someone, people would only think that a night of steamy passion was in their future. My, how wrong they would be. A smug smile formed on the demons features, showing the slightest hint of dimples as he raised his head to look around the bar.
His steel grey-blue gaze immediately fell onto two women at the end of the bar, and it was quite obvious they were both looking at him and talking quietly amongst themselves. Shit, he couldn’t blame them…he had painstakingly chosen this particular meat suit to meet all of his needs; blue eyes, dimples, sandy blonde hair, and fit muscular body. Not to mention the expensive pin striped suit he wore, perfectly tailored to fit this body he was in like a silken glove. He made a look of sheer indifference show on his face as he gazed at them for a moment before looking away. A chuckle almost fell from his lips at the crushed expression on their faces as he brought his drink up to his lips and took a sip. On any other night he would enjoy teasing these two, even making them argue amongst themselves on which one the handsome stranger liked the most. However on this night, a much more interesting and challenging creature was going to be the focus of his attention.
Darius could feel her presence before actually laying eyes on the siren, and he turned on his bar stool slightly so his gaze could lock onto her. A smirk slowly formed on his face as his eyes scanned over her body. Sol was another perfect example of a being that knew what others wanted, as evidenced by the various stares she received from the cattle she passed by. His stare only left Sol when she took a seat next to him and ordered a drink, and he made sure to cast a look toward the bartender to make it clear that this particular beauty was off limits to him lest he wanted his hands ripped from his arms. It wasn’t that Darius laid any claim to Sol or felt possessive of his favorite companion; he knew better than to try and reign in a Siren. It was that he didn’t want to be interrupted by the buffoon. As he watched the bartender walk away, his smile returned and there could even be the slightest hint of fondness in it as he looked at Sol once more, speaking in the light British accent he had grown fond of. “Hello, my dear.” He gently takes her hand and looks her over once more, taking in her attire, her hair, every last detail. “I must say, you look…” Darius takes in a breath and lets it out in a quiet sigh before continuing. “…absolutely radiant tonight. Of course, I’m sure you know this.” He then slowly brings her hand up to his lips and kisses the top of it, keeping his gaze locked on her the whole time and as he lowers her hand. “It’s good to see you again. How have you been?” He casually leans his arm against the bar counter and watches her.

YOU ARE A TIGER RAISED BY LAMBS YOU WERE BORN TO BE MAGNIFICENT YOU ARE THE VESSEL OF A GOD
| The club was loud. Not only because of the loud, techno, ear vomit music blaring into the abyss of sweaty people and hot bodies, but because of people's thoughts. They were messy, uncultivated, drunken thoughts. Dannyboy here to her left wanted to bang the shit out of Jennifer, his thoughts, not hers. And poor Jennifer wasn't into him. Oh no, she wasn't in to men at all. She was trying to subtly hint to the female bartender down the counter that she was into women, without just coming out and saying it. Sol mostly tuned everyone out, not interested in what they had to say and think, though an amused smiled appeared on her lips as the bartender scampered off to get her drink. He was intimidated by Darius, which was understandable. The demon looked flawless in his pinstriped suit, and she had to resist the urge to throw him down onto the counter and tear his clothes off of him. She wasn't the only one, and that brought another amused smirk to her glossed lips. The women down the counter were jocking his nuts, their thoughts and expressions ringing out loud and clear.
Licking her lips, she glanced over at a potential next victim. A man with tattoos, and a piercing in his tongue. She could see herself walking across the dance floor, leaning in close to him, and kissing him delicately. Because one kiss was all it took and then they were hers, completely, irrevocably hers. They belonged to her know, and she could do with them what she wanted. And to Sol, that was power. He’d be surprised, then pleased, because he’d like her type of woman, because she would make him. Blonde, curvy, blunt, that was his type now. So when she would ask him to go to a more private setting, he’d gladly follow her there. He’d gladly follow her to the end of the world if she wanted. The man would think that he was getting sex, and he’d have absolutely no idea what he’d already become a part of. Her attention flickered and wavered about the bar, and a soft, sensual laugh sounded as Sol focused back on the handsome man next to her.
When Darius spoke everything else became irrelevant. She smiled to him as he held gently onto her hand and enjoyed the soothing tone of his voice. Unlike these quims, Darius had a nice voice. His accent made her feel all warm inside. "Oh you," she purred as he kissed her hand. "Always knowing exactly how to flatter me. But you're the one that's looking phenomenal, I'm sure the ladies over there would agree." When her hand was released, Sol shot a territorial glance towards the other women and leaned in, kissing Darius on lips, allowing her hands to grip softly onto his jacket. She pulled back, her eyes meeting his fondly. "I've been well, very well," there was a pause as she thought back to the multiple men she'd stolen from, a certain pride glowing in her eyes. "Just doing the usual, working and eating people." As the bartender brought her drink and placed it before her, she winked a bit and leaned in closer to Darius. "And you? Have you made any splendid deals lately?"

It was astonishing to Darius just how many degenerates were crammed into one place on this night. Of course out of habit, he decided to be a bit ‘nosy’ and take a peek at the various souls around him for any potential clients. Most of them were corrupted by the persons own wants and desires, which was typical, while some were just downright tarnished from all manner of misdeeds and sins committed by their owners. Adultery, alcohol and drug abuse, violence, pride, lust, and the demons personal favorite… greed. Darius always found it amusing when he and his fellow hell spawn got such a bad rap for being evil sons a bitches, when the Earth was populated with vicious sacks of meat that were more than happy to tread over their fellow man to get what they wanted and start wars at the drop of a hat. Humans were disgusting, vile little creatures that only served one purpose; to serve the monsters, the true upper class citizens of this world. While the livestock lied about what they truly were, at least the red eyed demon had the decency to admit what he was and show it for all his glory. There were times when he needed to be discreet of course…like at the present moment. Ugh, thinking about it made him want to set the place on fire and trap the herd inside, then watch the skin melt from their bones before teleporting himself and Sol out and on to more…interesting activities. Darius couldn’t help but smirk when Sol mentioned the girls sitting across the bar, and it widened a bit at the look the siren shot towards them before she leaned in to kiss him on the lips. A quiet growl sounded in his throat that would be lost in the noise of the club, but could surely be felt as the demons lips moved against hers. The temptress was making it more difficult for him to not carry out his previous train of thought as he leaned back and let out a soft chuckle. “Well surely they can’t be blamed for having impeccable taste, can they?” He reached over for his glass of top shelf scotch and sipped from it while listening to Sol talk about her activities. As he heard the ice cubes in the empty glass clink against each other, he set it down and flashed the bartender a quick, impassive gaze and tapped next to the glass to indicate he wanted another one. Once his eyes met Sol’s again they showed the same slight hint of fondness that his smile did as he was reminded of the other reason why he enjoyed her company; the siren had a great deal of pride in her work just like he did. Darius saw it as an important trait to have, and she was a stunning example of that. “Look at you, ever the career woman. It’s one of my favorite things about you, it really is.”His expression then lights up when she asks about how business is going for him. His thoughts run over all his recent acquisitions and his features are taken over by a slightly greedy smile. “Oh yes, business has been positively booming. There’s always an abundance of hapless souls willing to step in line for a slice of the good life.” Darius winks at Sol and makes an amused noise at this statement, as it could be a cutthroat human businessman saying the same damn thing in this day and age and it wouldn’t sound abnormal at all. He finds his gaze running over Sol’s perfectly sculpted body once more, then he smoothly turns in his chair to glance at the man he saw her looking at just a moment ago before turning back to face her. He leans forward and talks quietly in her ear, lightly brushing lips past her earlobe. “Already planning dessert, are we?”- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

YOU ARE A TIGER RAISED AMONG LAMBS YOU WERE BORN TO BE MAGNIFICENT YOU ARE THE VESSEL OF A GOD
| The little growl that sounded in the back of Darius's throat made Sol's mouth water. It made her want to turn to the woman looking at him at sink her sharp canines deep into their throats, ripping out their vocal cords so they couldn't scream. And she hold them over herself and let their blood drip down all over her body. She'd get naked of course, and climb into Darius' lap, her hands would snake into his shirt and rip it off before he even knew what was happening. Nothing turned the siren on more than bathing in blood, well, blood in general. And sex. And just looking at Darius could send her off. Her gray auds once again flickered back to the woman wanting all sorts of dirty things from Darius, and then to the demon in front of her.
"They'd better watch themselves," she smiled. "I might just make them into shoes." running her hand along his arm as he tapped his glass against the counter. Her fingers trailed up to his shoulders and stayed there for a second. A smirk found a place on her lips as Darius complimented her, and though she was having an extremely sappy thought, she'd never voice it out loud. Darius was her perfect partner in crime. They were both powerful, cruel, and gorgeous. She couldn't imagine her life without him. A laugh sounded from her throat as she pulled her hand back to herself and grabbed her glass, taking a sip of the cool liquid. "Oh, humans," she vibrated. "If they do one thing right, it's the way they brew their alcohol."
Shifting on the bar stool, Sol moved herself a bit closer to Darius. She leaned in towards him, one of her hands reaching behind his neck and moving into his hair. She pressed her lips sensually against his neck, lips, and then whispered into his ear, "And do you want to know what my favorite things about you are?" She pulled away, letting her hands cup his face. "This, this, this, this, this," she went through kissing him on his neck, shoulder, she even went so far as to grab his hand and gently brush her lips across his fingers. "Oh, and this." She put her hand on his thigh, running it up towards her favorite part of him before pulling away suddenly.
Sol was a tease; always and forever. She turned back to her drink, sipping it and downing it quickly, flagging down the bartender for a refill. Laughter poured from her mouth as Darius spoke softly in her ear and she turned, placing her hand gently on his cheek. "My love, with you here I'm practically in a diabetic coma. You're the only sweet thing I need."

Sol could really be a tease when she wanted to…and being the sexual creature that she was Darius was not surprised by it in the slightest. So when she started to kiss him on various parts of his body, a playful smirk showed itself on his handsome face as she did so. If anyone else had been making such a gesture, he would have happily shoved them away and showed them his own ‘affections’ which would have been not so pleasant. However this was Sol, his companion in corruption. The demon was unable to feel such an emotion as love, but he could certainly appreciate a beautiful siren’s lips against his skin. When her hand started to go up his thigh, Darius shot her a look of mock surprise and raised his eyebrows, looking at her hand as it suddenly moved away. He then returned his gaze to her face and smiled wickedly, a light chuckle escaping his lips at her comment. “Such a lovely sentiment, darling. Of course you know I would never interfere with your needs, so just say the word if you need to…partake in more desirable fare.” Darius moves to grab his drink and takes a slow sip, watching the bartender out of the corner of his eye as he refills Sol’s drink. He was handsome enough, and young enough but the look on his face showed that he was disappointed that he wasn’t enough for the beautiful creature in front of him. Oh this was too much, and Darius couldn’t resist the prospect of crushing another soul by showing the ape something he couldn’t have. After slowly setting his drink down, Darius turns back to Sol and looks into her eyes. His expression is one of utmost desire, and this wasn’t all just part of the game. He imagined the siren was well aware of this and knew what she could invoke inside of the demon. Darius moves one of his feet to the bottom rung of her bar stool and pulls her even closer than she already was to him with no effort whatsoever. He then slowly leans in and kisses Sol softly underneath her ear, then starts to work his way down her neck and to the base of her shoulder. At the same time, Darius places his hand on her thigh and slowly moves his hand upwards toward the hem of her dress, lightly touching the fabric with his fingertips. After a short moment the bartender speaks up, his voice tinged with annoyance. “Hey, think you two can tone down the PDA a little? Or at least get a fuckin’ room.” This had been the moment the demon was waiting for and a quiet, wicked sounding laugh emerges from his curled lips which are still very close to Sol’s neck. The demon leans his head back and briefly gazes at Sol before pressing his lips sensually against hers in a very passionate kiss, moving his hand to touch her neck while keeping his other hand on her thigh. Another short minute passes by and the bartender speaks up again, sounding even more agitated at being ignored. “Hey asshole, I’m talkin’ to you. Take it somewhere else, or I’ll make you.” Darius ends the kiss with a quiet moan and gives Sol a mischievous look he often wore when some fun was about to be had. The bartender spoke the magic words, and the poor bastard had no idea who the fuck he just called out. The demon tilts his head back slightly and laughs condescendingly, and then he turns fully around to face the bartender with a challenging glare. “Please, regale me with a story on how the fuck you plan on doing that, boy. I’m dying to hear it.”

YOU ARE A TIGER RAISED AMONG LAMBS YOU WERE BORN TO BE MAGNIFICENT YOU ARE THE VESSEL OF A GOD
| She wanted to take Darius away from all these things, these distractions, and show him how much she truly cared for him. He wasn’t like the other men she slept with, because they meant nothing to her. He, on the other hand, meant much to her. Sirens didn’t have hearts, but if they did, it would be safe to say that Sol’s belonged to Darius. He was the one she could turn to whenever she needed help, and he was always there. “There is nothing I desire more than you,” she purred, not giving a single fuck if she sounded cheesy or not. When she saw him glance at the poor bartender, a soft giggle escaped her lips. Oh, how cute humans were, with their emotions and yearning after things they couldn’t have. It amused her and Sol was even more delighted when she looked at Darius and saw the heat in his eyes. He knew just how to make her squirm, how to make her truly hungry. Her sexual desires were insatiable, but Darius was never a disappointment. There was never a moment that she felt like she wasn’t attracted to Darius. She was attracted to him always, all the time, anytime, anywhere.
When he used his feet to pull her closer, she let out a shocked gasp and a hand flew up to her chest. Putting on a look of innocence, Sol just happened to let her eyes shift over to the bartender before landing easily on Darius. She knew what he had in mind, and she was all in. When he leaned in, she did her part as well and slid forward, her knees on his thighs as she wrapped her hands around his neck and let out a sensual moan as his lips met her skin. She moved her hands up into his hand, holding him close to her as she kissed down to her shoulder. Sol tipped her head back, looking up at the ceiling. She couldn’t help but smile as the bartenders thoughts jumped all over the place. He was wondering why she and Darius hadn’t arrived together, he wanted to know if they were dating. He wanted to know if Sol was a hooker, if Darius was a mobster, and if maybe he’d be able to get her number later. He was fantasizing, picturing Darius as himself, and Sol on his lap. It was when he saw Darius’ hand moving up her thigh that he spoke.
“You’re so bad,” she leaned down, whispering against Darius’ lips as he smirked and turned away, laughing. She couldn’t help but join in. As a Siren, she’d been around the block long enough to enjoy a good joke. A good cruel joke. And Darius, being a demon had been around for a while as well. When they got together, nothing good was bound to come from it. Enjoying the mischief they were causing, she yelped a bit excitedly as he held her closer and leaned in, giving him a passionate kiss. It wasn’t all fake. This was truly, really what she enjoyed doing with Darius. Sol couldn’t help that she found him extremely desirable and half the time couldn’t keep her hands off of him. That was just her. Once again the bartender was calling her glorious companion out. She could practically feel the nervous, jealous, sexually turned on tension radiating off him, and it made her laugh.
Ending their make out session with a particularly hot moan as well, Sol slid off of him and turned to look at the bartender. There was smirk on her face as she pulled her dress down and smoothed it over her body, just waiting for the back lash of what was going to happen next. It was cute how tough he thought he was, cute, in a pathetic way. Humans were so fragile, so breakable, and Sol laughed along with Darius as he tore into the man. Nothing aroused her more than a man taking control. The man had a terrified look on his face, unsure, like he was afraid of them complaining to the manager or something. Sol ran her hand gently over Darius’ shoulders as she moved over a few steps closer to the bartender. “Listen hear, you impotent fool,” she growled out. “If you lay so much as one finger on my friend or I, I will jump over this counter and rip your tongue out through your throat.” She put a hand up to her neck for emphasis, eyes flashing cruelly.

Darius knew he could count on Sol to play along perfectly, and she didn’t disappoint in this instance. The demon had many different ‘allies’ in his time and more often than not, they had failed him or tried to screw him over then needed to be dealt with. After everything they had done together, he felt like Sol was the least likely to do that to him. Which he supposed was a comforting thought, considering that reliable support was oh so hard to find these days. As Sol slid off of his lap and issued her own warning to the bartender, Darius could have shivered with the delight he felt at her words. The bartender was absolutely shocked, no doubt not counting on such cruel words to come from such beautiful lips. As the bartender continued to stare at Sol like she had just sprouted another head, Darius slowly rises from his seat and leans forward, placing both of his hands on the counter as he stares the man down. “So, is that a clear enough message for you? She isn’t interested in a pauper when she already has the fucking prince.” His trademark smirk appears on his features as his looks at the man the same way he would appraise a piece of trash. What Darius and Sol have said and the looks on their faces is enough to make the bartender take a step back while trying to keep his composure. It was becoming clear that this was more trouble than it was worth. “You…why don’t you two just leave and we’ll call it good, huh?” At this point, the little exchange of words was grabbing the attention of the patrons around the bar and they looked at the scene with interest and apprehension, wondering what was going to happen next. Darius could see the many eyes on him and his sexy companion and it only fueled his devilish desires, because this demon sure did love an audience. He looks at the bartender for another moment in silence, before turning his head toward Sol and leaning close to her ear, gently touching her lower back with his hand. “So what do you think, my dear? Shall we tear this place apart, or do you wish to leave and find something a little more…exciting to do?” After he speaks he leans away from her and gazes into her eyes with a hint of fondness. Darius was a take charge type of fellow, and Sol would of course know this about him. He preferred things to go his way or no way at all, so the act of him actually asking Sol what she wanted to do didn’t mean he was just a gentleman to his lady friend; It meant that he trusted her to make a worthwhile decision on the matter. To be quite honest, he could watch Sol be wicked and look amazing doing it all day. The bartender once again rudely interrupts his fucking thoughts with his disgusting voice, and Darius whips his head around to look at him as he speaks. “Seriously, just leave so it doesn’t have to get ugly.” Darius sneers while looking the baboon up and down, waving a dismissive hand in the air. “Just hold on, now…we’re deciding if we should disembowel you and everyone else in this godforsaken hellhole or not.” The bartender blinks and looks thoroughly frightened now, but for all the wrong reasons. He now assumes that Darius is a crazy bastard that is a few cards short of a full deck. How terribly wrong the poor fool really was. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

born to be magnificent
a tiger raised among lambs the vessel of a god
A predator like Solveigh wasn't used to be afraid. In fact there were few times that she was actually afraid by circumstances in her life. Being hunted, was one of them, though it was many years ago. She remembered what it felt like to watch these spineless, soft creatures tear her sisters apart with their bronze dipped in blood. It was hard not to harbor resentment towards them, even if centuries had passed. So, the growing discomfort in this insignificant bartender really was bringing out the best in her. He and scared, and boy did she ever like that. His thoughts pin-ponged around a million miles per minute. The bar was old enough not to have one of those quick call to the police buttons, and that just increased her pleasure.
"Exactly," she raised a sculpted brow and glanced the bartender from head to toe before rolling her eyes. "You are a peasant, a poor man that makes his living pouring alcohol in cups. Perhaps you don't realize just how pathetic you truly are, so let me clear something up for you." Just as Darius had leaned in, Sol was following his cue, pointing a finger out and jabbing the bartender in the chest with it, causing him to take a step back. Despite everything, he still would have fucked her. Because really, had the other bar goers seen her? She was luminous. "You are a disgusting, intelligent lacking, swine of a creature. I would rather decapitate myself than be in your presence for more than the time needed." He was shocked again, his dirty eyes shifting through conflicted emotions. This brought a wide grin to her face.
When Sol found Darius' hand against her back and his mouth close to her ear, the Siren could barely contain herself from letting out a cool, curt laugh. Somehow able to reel herself in, she reached up to reciprocate her demon companion's little affectionate gesture, letting her hand land softly on his chest. A coy smile was readily set on her lips as she replied, speaking softly back to Darius, "Let's tear these scumbags apart." Though she wasn't feeling particularly hungry at the moment, Sol wouldn't mind ripping these people to shreds. Sensing a hint of irritation from Darius, aimed directly at the stupid bartender that just couldn't shut his mouth she nodded again, solidifying her answer. "They're too dumb to even be alive. We're doing the world a service, really."
Pursing her lips in a sort of evil way, the graceful blonde laughed. Her eyes moved to Darius' form, and she spoke, "Oh, always a gentleman." There was only teasing in her voice though. She'd seen the demon at his most terrifying, and he was not an enemy she wanted to have. Ever. "Before this gets ugly?" She snorted, tsking. "Do we look the type to ever allow something to get ugly?" Even when the raunchy male wasn't speaking, he was thinking, and that was basically just as bad. He actually thought for a moment that he could take them on with a bat. A wooden bat. The very thought was incredulous to Sol and she shook her head, stepping back from the bar in one fluid movement. "This ignorant brute doesn't believe in our power, our abilities. I believe he is in need of a demonstration." Turning on her heel she wandered through the crowd, easing her way through the masses without drawing too much attention to herself.
She stopped at the front door of the bar and reached out, locked it, and then turned back towards the people in the bar. They were dumb, sweaty, pulsating molecules of absolute waste, a nuisance to the world... And so she moved over to a particularly heinous looking woman and grabbed her by the throat, snapping her next in two seconds. Then she tossed the woman onto the dance floor, enjoying the sudden screams at the sight of a dead body.

Darius couldn’t help but show an evil smirk as he listened to his stunning companion tear into the pig of a bartender with her harsh words. The mouth on this one! She had such a way with words that he felt like he could listen to her insult their lesser all day long. The only thing that delighted him more was her answer to his question, which prompted his grin to get even bigger. While Darius absolutely loved what he did, it didn’t always involve quite enough bloodshed for his tastes, so little adventures such as this one were needed to quench his desire for destruction. He laughed a little at her comment about doing the world a favor by killing everyone in this building. “An excellent point, my dear. I’m sure they will hardly be missed by anyone of importance.”He then nods once when she mentions a demonstration and watches Sol walk toward the door, then suddenly catches a swift movement out of the corner of his eye…well, swift to a human anyway. The bartender had taken a bat from underneath the counter and swung it for the side of Darius’ head. The demon could have easily taken the hit unfazed, but instead he quickly brings his hand up and catches the bat before it makes contact with him and wrenches it from the idiot’s grasp, slowly turning his head to look at him with a displeased expression. “You stupid son of a bitch…are you really this slow to learn?” Just as he says this, Sol breaks some ugly woman’s neck and screams can be heard by the witnesses. Darius turns his head to where she is and grins; throwing her a wink and thinking she couldn’t possibly look more fucking radiant than she did at that moment. Suddenly people around him start to move to try and get out somehow, the bartender being one of them. Darius whips his head back toward the bartender and he immediately stops moving, the demon holding him in place with telekinesis. Then in one swift movement, he lifts the bat up and cracks it over the counter, breaking it into two pieces. He now just held a handle with sharp pointed edges of wood sticking out of it. Grabbing the bartender by the front of his shirt, he lifts him easily up and over the counter as if he were a ragdoll. The poor bastard proceeds to wet himself as Darius makes a ‘tsk’ noise and gets very close to his face. “Now, I want you to remember while you’re dying that this could have been avoided if you weren’t such a lowly piece of shit.”
In all honesty, that probably wasn’t true because a simple thing as getting something on his nice suit could have prompted such a reaction too. In two quick movements, Darius stabs the end of the broken bat into the man’s chest and abdomen, and then throws him into another fleeing patron to let the ignorant waste of space bleed out. Then as if he were an actor on a stage, he lifts his arms to the sides and lets out some maniacal laughter, looking at Sol fondly before his eyes go to the cattle scurrying about. “Come on now, the night is still young! Let’s get this party started!”
