Personality:
Daphne tries to act a lot tougher than she is. She doesn't want the help of others and wants to do things on her own and tries very hard to be independent. She is actually very unconfident in her skills and in herself, she is afraid of messing up, and dying. Though, oddly enough, she enjoys hunting. It brings her a sick kind of... thrill. She almost see's herself as a super hero, the kid part of her at least. The rest of her she likes to think that her life is very serious and helping the people she does is for the greater good. Regardless, she thinks she is doing good.
Daphne absolutely hates Ghosts. After one burned down her families home when she was young after loosing its mind, she has been bitter towards. She also carries a bitterness towards Demons and Shapeshifters. After a Shapeshifter killed her mother, she honestly just cannot stand them. When she has to fight one, she will take them on and kill them with extreme prejudice. When it comes to monsters as a whole, she has not experienced any form of good in any of their ways of living. She has only met the cruel monsters that prey on humans and thus, she sees them all that way, though this can be subject to change should she meet a smarter creature.
HEr whole life revolves around hunting is all it comes down to. And as a last bit, Daphne hates when people ask about her missing forearm and/or the prosthetic she wears when she hunts, she also hates wearing the arm prosthetic which gives her a "replacement hand" and often, she wont, but there are some cases when she has to like when she s getting an interview on a case for example. Though she also hates being asked about it or when people tend to focus on just that while trying to carry a conversation with her. It makes her feel different, out of place, the same extends to her minor abilities. As minor as they may be, she is afraid that someone would view her to be less than human for having them.

History:
Daphne's father was a Hunter, her mother was a Doctor. During her life, she had been under the impression that her Father would go on business trips for long periods of time, but in reality he would be going on Hunts. Her mother would not tell her much of these trips and Daphne was left in the dark of the realities of the Supernatural, as was her older sister.
Daphne knew she had odd talents from when she was very young however. She kept them hidden from her parents, but shared them with her sister. They would play games using her abilities and make jokes about how they could be super heroes one day, especially when abilities surfaced in her sister as well. It was amazing for the two. When Daphne became 8 however and they moved in to a new home, she met a Ghost by the name of Mark. He was the closest thing she had to a real friend for the longest time. But when the years passed and Daphne and her family chose to move, Mark lost his mind. He sent the house up in flames, as well as his own body in the walls. Her Father took care of the rest.
From then on, they were told the truth of what their father was doing. How he was helping people by killing monsters. Of course, at a young age, Daphne only viewed this as something that was "cool" not really realizing the dangers, her sister took it much more seriously.
But once more, the Supernatural world jammed its head in to their lives. When a Crazed Shapeshifter killed Daphne's mother, and Daphne's father killed the Shapeshifter, Daphne and Anastasia were from there on taught in the ways of being a Hunter. Two years of training, and then they had a "family Hunt". It didn't go quite as planned, seeing as a Demon hacked off Daphne's left forearm. She insisted that even with her handicap that her father allow her to hunt. And then her prosthetic was born, made by Daphne under her Fathers guidance after a lot of pestering.
Things went bad yet again for the family when her father died. The sisters split up following such. Anastasia went to find a life in the FBI, while Daphne continued hunting. 5 Years experienced now, Daphne is still going strong and dreams of being as successful as her dad was one day.

Revan let everything Lucy was saying hit her at once, and it felt like the feeling the Angel got when she was still powerful, when someone shot her with a shotgun. She felt terrible, like someone had punched her in the gut, or hit her with a baseball bat. She turned around and her hand went over her mouth, feeling like she was going to throw up. It was better that Lucy was dead than deserving this... No one deserved to be a ghost, the sad, sad existence.
Her throat tightened and tears began to well up, trying a hard as she could to keep from breaking down here on the floor.
She turned to Lucy, seemingly three shades paler, her hair not nearly as vibrant as it seemed to be three years ago, her grey eyes dulled to a shade of black. "Lucy... its 2013..." Revan hadn't been keeping track but she had counted three New Years celebrations since Lucy's death. Her hands went to her face and then back to her sides, her nails digging in to her palms until blood leaked down her fingers. "Three years.. I've counted. Three years I've slept alone in the bed. Three years I've drowned my sorrows I alcohol... Three years with my heart ripped from my chest without you here, Heaven and Earth becoming a living hell to me, leaving me with what options?" Revan wasn't going to lie, she had tried her hand at writing stories like Lucy, but that was the best poetry she could do, even if it was free verse.
Tears were dripping down her cheeks again now, and with the flick of her wrist the TV blinked to life and flicked to the news, where the date would be shown. "Everything I told you... Everything you thought I was crazy over, everything you would joke about... About me being an Angel was not a lie." Revan looked up at her again and then to the floor. "I m-missed you so... s-so much." Revan's legs stopped supporting her then and the pink haired woman fell on the floor, her head tilted down and her face in her hands, sobbing. She knew she shouldn't, but she felt as she did on the day of Lucy's death and funeral. Like all the life had been sucked out of her seeing the person she loved at this fate. But there was a part of Revan that was revived with this, the part of her that she had thought was buried with Lucy... Selfish as it may be to her, Revan was so, so happy Lucy was back.
