How Did You End Up Here?
We've actually had this space since 1833 when Lucas and I had decided to pursue our "side-job." Doing this job actually meant that we had to find a busier city than Salem, ya know for the customers, so we booked it to Boston. At the time the rent had been fairly cheap and the place was run down so it was great for a bunch of broke guys. It wasn't until 1840 that we decided that we'll end up keepin' the place. It had a lot of memories so why not? We watched this place turn from a shit-hole to 5 star apartments. Nice right? Since then we paid discreetly, keepin' on the low, sayin' that the space is a family tradition--some sorta heirloom. No one really questions it...especially since now a days we pay online. Hey, we get a hefty discount on our bills due to "Customer Loyalty." I'm not gunna fight that.
Other/Special Details:
We've had the place for a really long time so it's no doubt we made this baby prepared for the inevitable. Traps, illusions, charms, and stocked with a lot of witchy-ness. As far as we're concerned we have demon traps...because not all of them are on the coolest terms with our kind. Another detail is that Lucas and Ezra rarely announce where they live--and so people ( unless a close friend from the witch community ) do not really know where they live. They share a single building with an elderly couple ( Melody and Timothy Biggins) who are known to be quite friendly to Ezra and Lucas. They are used for comical effect due to being completely unaware of their neighbors knack for magic and also are known to be quite strange themselves.
RP sample:
Green Wood Apartments are incredibly luxurious and provide the renter with the feeling that they live in a house rather than a cramped apartment. Each individual space has two stories with the living-room and kitchen on the first floor and the single bathroom, two bedrooms, and huge balcony on the second floor. They usually rent out for $12,000 a month but, as previously mentioned, Lucas and Ezra had a huge "customer loyalty discount" due to their many years of renting and excellent renter etiquette. The houses are made of brick and the appliances are usually stainless steel. Though some of the fixtures and detailing have been upgraded some of Lucas and Ezra's apartment has not changed since they moved in. The bathroom has been untouched for remodeling and only a new tiling, new set of pipes, and a new toilet has been changed.
The boys don't make of an effort to keep with the "newest trends" and tends to decorate the house with things they like and enjoy while keeping it incredibly minimalistic. Potted plants could be found everywhere ( especially on the balcony, bathroom, and kitchen ) while books and journals are shelved on anything that will hold them. Their kitchen had been recently remodeled, two walls removed to connect the kitchen with the living room and create an open space. While a wall had been placed to create two bedrooms--one for Ezra and one for Lucas. The rooms, despite the new wall between them are still incredibly spacious and consist of a cushioned floor bed, a personal work space, and a closet. The balcony is one of the most inhibited area's for the men. It also had been remodeled to look more vintage and hide the simple concrete the apartment had before. Ezra and Lucas tend to eat, read, talk, and lounge there until weather turns too cold or too hot in which they take these activities down the spiral staircase and to the living-room.
