Reagan likes to keep busy and active. She bores easily and when she gets bored she gets agitated and sometimes will look for trouble to get into.
She doesn't like to deal with the consequences of her actions and will try to get out of trouble if she finds herself in it. She's very independent and doesn't like to be helped at all. It hurts her pride and she doesn't like the think that someone has something over her if they help her.

History: Reagan grew up one of the babies of the Stark family. As a little girl she was left out of most of the active hunting but her sister Kennedy always seemed to have time for her, and she greatly looked up to Kennedy because of it. Because of this, it really hit her hard when Kennedy went missing and eventually, the conclusion was made that she was dead. Reagan was only eight at the time. Kennedy's alleged death caused her family to become more active in her training, desperate to keep the same fate from happening to her. She specialized in knife combat. No one felt the loss of Kennedy more than Reagan, and she put forth 110% effort into becoming the best hunter she could, fueled by the desire to make her big sister proud because she was surely watching over them.
Then, when she was nearly fourteen, Kennedy came into their lives again via phone call, apparently alive and well, having run away all those years ago with some girl named Jade. Reagan felt confused and betrayed and wanted answers desperately but Kennedy had insisted on taking her own path with her new group and her parents decided to honor her wishes and not actively look for her. Reagan was angry but, being an obedient daughter, stuck with her family as long as necessary. But when she turned eighteen she said goodbye to her family and ventured on her own, determined to find her sister.
Although being a trained hunter made defending herself easy enough, she wasn't prepared for the rest of what living in the real world would entail. She hadn't considered the fact that she would end up sleeping on the street or scrounging for scraps to eat. There came a night about a month into her life of solitude that she decided to try giving robbery a try. She had chosen her target... a modest, single family home in a suburban neighborhood. She had watched the house for two days after over-hearing the mother discussing vacation plans over the phone in the coffee shop. That was the night after they had left for their family trip.
Reagan was sure she had thought of it all. She wore dark clothing and was extremely vigilant as she made her way in the darkness, dodging the ambient light from the street lamp, and climbed over the tall privacy fence. What she hadn't accounted for, however, was the massive guard dog that charged her as soon as her feet hit the ground. Reagan screamed and scrambled to try to get over the fence, in full blown panic mode as she found it suddenly difficult in the chaos to get a good foot-hold. And then the dog went quiet and she heard a male voice tell her it would be okay. Reagan looked over and laid eyes on David for the first time and it felt like a surge of electricity ran through her. But she didn't dwell, giving a quick glance at the dog to see that Davids had tossed it a slab of raw steak to keep it busy. She looked back at David and he was holding his hands clasped, palms up, and smiling at her. He gave her a boost over the fence and then climbed over himself.
The two of them became inseparable after that. David had been kicked out of his house as a teenager and had become accustomed to living on the streets. He took her under his wing and taught her everything he knew about surviving in that environment. The two of them became a regular modern-day Bonnie and Clyde and thievery became second nature. It was more than just a necessity for survival... it had become a thrill, and the two of them eventually became lost in the excitement of it and, as they say, one thing led to another and Reagan ended up pregnant.
She was pretty damn scared to tell him at first and didn't bother until she was starting to show a little and knew he would reach the right conclusion anyway. When she finally came clean, David wasn't sure how to react... he said he needed some time to think. That afternoon was extremely awkward and unusually silent for the two of them, but that night they had a score planned and it was back to business, at least until the deed was done.
But the two of them got separated during the heist and David got caught. Reagan, however, was unaware of her partner's fate and came to her own conclusion that he had done his thinking and decided to make a break for it. For the second time, she felt she had been abandoned. She was devastated, and she spent the better part of a week mourning her heartbreak, but eventually sadness turned to anger and determination and she set about in search for her sister again.
She eventually gave birth to a healthy baby girl with the help of the angel Lailah and the demon Darius, She found a good woman who she knew would be an awesome mom and would take care of her. As time went on, she was happily reunited with her two sisters Kennedy and Madison. She felt accomplished that she found the both of them.
