Personality: Jophiel attempts to seem like he is holier than thou and is quite a righteous prick until someone gets to know that it is all just a heavenly charade. Depending on WHO he is interacting with and how comfortable he is with them, some may get to see a whackier and fun-loving side to the angel, though no matter what he is still quite a brat.
Always curious, Jophiel loves to learn and experience new things, with new foods being one of his favorite things to try despite not needing food to begin with. He just enjoys the flavors.
Jophiel is loyal and overly protective towards those he cares for and he would go to the ends of the earth to help them if need be.

History:
In Heaven, Jophiel is known for both his activity in the choir (drummer) and on the battlefield. Though typically he is called upon to be the drummer for holy battles, he is also well trained in combat himself.
He specializes in wielding a short sword or in close hand to hand combat. His SIX wings often are used defensively (much like shields) and he has most experience battling against DEMONS specifically.
Jophiel holds Michael, the eldest of all angels in high regard. Though that doesn't stop him from teasing the elder archangel from time to time.
On occasion, Jophiel is tasked with protecting humans who have an important role to play in the history of humankind.
A human with him as their guardian may experience a lot of "dumb luck" and various miraculous situations. This includes surviving things that could have or should have killed them, to finding the money they need to survive JUST when they need it most.

He might as well offer breakfast if he was getting muffins out of the deal, right? It had nothing to do with wanting to spend a little more time with his neighbor, not at all.
