JUNKYARD & AUTOSHOP
Initially, the junkyard’s only business was dismantling wrecked or decommissioned vehicles to reutilize the usable parts, selling them for use in operating cars. Nowadays, it also offers mechanic services, so it’s not just piled up wrecked cars anymore, but also a place where people can take their cars for repairs and such.

On the northern outskirts of Zeppelin City there is farmland where crops are grown. Along with the vegetation, there is also cattle and other animals used to keep the store within Zeppelin stocked.
The farmhouse is an 8 bedroom home that is run down and needs a lot of repairs and love. It is currently under the ownership of a pack of skinwalkers who made a deal with the town in order to live there.
The motel can be afforded by anyone with low income. There are a total of 12 rooms that can be rented out. Because it is so cheap, you can expect there to be broken things, isn’t the cleanest place, and the water tends to get cold really fast. Rodents and pests are very common here.
